Great product, love the taste in everything I cook with

I appreciate the convenient container the tapioca starch is in besides the ease in how it mixes in my milk that I use for my homemade cultured yogurt I make. I also like the purity of the starch. I am allergic to so many things, so I appreciate pure gluten free products.
