They actually stick. And helps with cramps if your on the go like work or errands.They stay warm for a while.Out of all the on the go heating pads these work great.Definitely recommend

At first, I thought this was a bit pricey for just three patches, but it’s definitely worth it. I can use them all day while working, and they’re not bulky at all just soft and comfortable. Each individual patch is large enough to wrap my tummy perfectly, which makes a big difference. I love how effective and convenient they are, and I’ll definitely keep using them!

These are a life saver, I have pretty bad cramps and I use these on day 1 and 2, it makes a huge difference! They are very comfortable for me to wear and they get very hot. I stick them on the outside of my underwear and it last all day. They heat almost immediately, I put my hand on it for extra heat when needed. Highly recommend these!
