We had our original chandelier fixture in our kitchen dining nook. It was hard to clean and even with five bulbs, it did not throw a lot of light. A relative told us about this light. It was easy to install. It throws a great deal of light and you can adjust the brightness and the warmth of the color. We have never had a ceiling light / fan that did not shake and rattle when the fan was on. This is not an issue. The fan is internal to the fixture and the cooling settings are very adjustable. This was a great purchase. It will work in your dining room, bathroom, bedroom or any other area of your house where you want a sleek looking light with a great fan.

We have had this for over a year in one room. We have been slowly changing other rooms to it. It’s really great for low profile ceilings. Really quiet, powerful fan options, easy instillation, light level per your preference. It wouldn’t be good for larger rooms because the fan can’t move air that far.

Pushes good air, quiet, easy to install. Although this was our second fan, beacause the first one arrived dead only the light worked.

Nice bright task light and led color accent light. Fan works fine, good airflow and not noisy. Still working on Alexa compatibility, though it did set up easily.

I installed this new light/fan fixture in my kitchen about 3 weeks ago after installing the same one for my sister in her kitchen a few months back! I really liked how easy it was to install but when I saw the quality of the fixture, brightness of the light and the multiple features on the remote, I really wanted one for myself, but I didn't need a new light in my kitchen; how could I justify spending money on something I didn't need? I put in my "Save For Later" items on Amazon and moved on with my life, but then I was notified when it went on sale, so I ordered it! Now that it's up I can't believe that I didn't order it immediately!!! This fixture is beyond fabulous and the fan is brilliant! I'm extremely happy!!!

Great LED replacement light AND fan to replace an older instant-on fluorescent older fixture! We liked: 1. Simple installation for this Orison smart fan/light. The special clip hanger from installed electric box mount plate to unit device keeps you safe and makes this a one person job. 2. LED lamp color temperature choice is awesome, particularly in matching personal preference and/or aligning with paint and decor. Plus you can vary lumen (brightness) output to match varying needs or desires. 3. On a single end of run electric wall switch you can turn on and off the Orison light but you'll need to use remote to turn on fan. Remote was paired to unit out of the box, and is easy to use for all fan speeds, light intensity/color choices, and timer or nighttime setting features. 4. Before and after photos here show the florescent vs Orison. The Orison is set to about 75% intensity in a 7x8 small kitchen...the photo showing light/fan and floor shows that overall lumens are excellent! Overall, Orison features and remote control, ease of install, value for money spent, and...finally...a strong, yet variable breeze in a small, warm kitchen added up to 5-stars for this reviewer.

I installed this fan in my son's room 11 months ago and have had no issues! This fan replaced another fan that was hanging low in his room. my son is 6 foot 7 inches tall, and he needed something flush to accommodate his height. Works beautifully. Would buy again.

We have had this installed for 6+ months. Overall: Low profile fixture works better than the old school ceiling fan beside the bunk bed ladder. While we did keep the fixture, we would buy a different one if we were to install a similar fixture elsewhere. I feel it's lack of color selection buttons and lack of color brightness is too much of a down side especially for a kids room where they can not have a device like a tablet to control the light as it would be tempting to play games or just mess around with the screen. FAN: This fan is bladed (not bladeless) but enclosed. I don't know how we will clean dust off of it in a year or so but so far it seems clean. I feel like it moves the air in the room nicely but the breeze is not able to be felt by the child on the top bunk because the sides of the blades airflow is surrounded by the light. It makes good airflow in the room. However the ON/OFF function is a little bit of a lag compared to the light. Like 3-4 seconds before it spins making me wonder if I actually hit the button. So I push it again and it starts to spin but stops because I hit ON/OFF turning it right back off. Grr. Frustrating but fine. Main LIGHT: The downward facing light does NOT rainbow color change, just warm to cool tone and varying brightness. This brightness can be controlled by the light bulb icons on the remote. I feel the remote is confusing initially, see video if possible and more detailed comments in REMOTE. Color LIGHT: The color changing light is facing the ceiling making a nice glow. It can have varying changes of brightness BUT only from the app. There is no brightness control for the color on the remote which is disappointing. We primarily got this light to make a night light like setting for a child that could also be in red light that will not affect his night vision. The color can be changed from the remote but to select a color you must push the same button repeatedly until it gets to the color you want. Rainbow color change, red, golden yellow, light yellow, etc. REMOTE: Grrr. To me this is the most frustrating design. RGBIV direct color selection only the one color button. When you want fun green for the green loving kid or red for bedtime this makes for a LOT of button pushes. And the lack of brightness control on the remote (what my child has access to use) is likewise frustrating. BRIGHTNESS control for main light: The buttons seem to have been designed for a black remote printed with white ink giving a reversed vibe on the light remote with dark ink. On the left edge below the fan speed circle is a nearly black looking bulb image - you push this to increase brightness. Below that is a lightbulb outline with a center the color of a remote (tan) to me looking like a bulb turned on bright - you push this to darken/decrease brightness of the main light. I do like the fan controls a lot. the numbers give clear control despite the motor startup lag. A fan timer like the light timer would be an upgrade. Bottom center button is what appears to be a dark bulb with a line in it. This seems to be to change the main white light's warmth/coolness. But again the darkness around the logo of a thermometer makes it harder to see than necessary. The moon button puts the light on a warm light that is limited in brightness. A favorite button would be amazing as again I wanted a red light at like 10% brightness on a regular basis for falling asleep while afraid of the dark.
