Excellent machine for this pricepoint
Excellent machine for this pricepoint. I use at level 11 or 12 and it gives a great workout in short time on work breaks. Very quiet, very simple to use and setup. As for the foot pads, they're big enough so you can adjust your footing how you like but basically flat-ground stepping, so should be as natural as walking. The larger machine has heavier flywheel so momentum would be a bit better but this size with 16 1/2 inch stride is better than the majority of machine offerings. Would recommend.

Not perfect, but I would recommend it somewhat highly
I have had this for about a month now and use it almost every day. It has a smooth glide with very little “up and down”. It is pretty light, so it can wiggle a bit during a session, however. It is COMPLETELY silent and looks very nice. My main complaint, however, is that the handle bars are a bit low, forcing you to take a slightly hunched posture while using it. I have neck and back issues and try to concentrate on straightening my back as much as possible during workouts, and this eliptical does not allow for that. For reference, I am about 5’7”. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this item. The silence, smooth glide and nice looks more than make up for the admittedly nit-picky complaint about the arms.

Good cardio machine
Good elliptical. Will be using it for years to come. Only thing I don’t like is that it kept on shifting during intense sessions, so had to place a carpet underneath to keep it from moving.

Eagerly Awaiting My Home Fitness Upgrade
I've been following this elliptical's reviews, and it's clear that it's a winner. The variety of resistance options to constantly challenge myself and the sleek design to match my home decor are irresistible. I'm about to purchase it and can't wait to see the positive impact it'll have on my well-being.

Not for people with joint pain
I was not able to keep this. I needed a low impact machine which it said that it was, but it was really painful if you have sore knees or sore hips. I did end up returning it. I’m sure the product is great for people who have more mobility. The product itself went together great, and good instructions. It just wasn’t good If you were looking for something more low impact it still feels like your climbing stairs.

Merach Elliptical E27
This is my 3rd elliptical in 15+ years. I bought this to replace my last elliptical. So far so good. It seems very sturdy, with the size being a bonus as it doesn't take up much room. I like that there is a 15-pound flywheel. The resistance is wired, I wouldn't say magnetic. The shelf that holds my phone with its case is a good size, that is a relief. Plus, the monitor comes with batteries, so it is battery-operated; this is not an issue. I was specifically looking for the distance to be in miles, and it is. I will say compared to my last one, the monitor states my distance is further, and my speed is faster-who knows? I am going by the time from before, for now. My last Gold's Gym Stride Trainer 350i had a stride of 14in. and would say this 16.5 in. stride is less than my 14 in., so I don't know if it correct as the stride seems smaller, but it is smooth. The 'pedals' are also up higher off the floor compared to my last two. Nonetheless, I took a few days to 'warm' up with the difference and am used to it. It helps with my mobility, is easy to use and for the money, I am very happy. I just hope it lasts.
