They are a little more comfortable than the earpads that come with the QC Ultra Gen 2 and a better price. One note, to match the sound signature of the original earpads, the stitched seam should be at the bottom of the headset. I first installed them with the seam up and they did not sound nearly as good. As far as cooling gel goes, I don't notice much of a difference right now as the weather has been cooler, but when the summer months come I may come back and provide an update. They do fit well and the installation was a snap! Literally! They look as good like they belong. The only drawback is they are thicker than the Bose OEM earpads and the unit will not fit in the OEM case, but there are aftermarket cases.

Less sweat, much cooler ear pads, I honestly love them. Maybe improve on the designs? Solid product! More neutral colors , maybe my personal preference. They snap right on in as designed, I had no issue installing. I didn’t have to replace the mesh in the inner part since it was fine, can’t really comment on that part.

This is a really good replacement ear pads. I just received them a few days back. I've been using them they feel very comfortable and of really high quality. The only thing I want to point out is that the gel pads a rather firm ( not being negative) and a bit hard to close the Bose protective case. To me it's understandable because I am getting a better quality ear pads. The installation was fairly straightforward as shown in the video. The assembled well and there are no gaps or seams, confirming that they are true to size to fit the Q C Ultra headphones

Pros: Comfy, breathable. Doesn’t get slippery with sweat. Great for walks in the summer/any hot season or condition. The breathable material can soak up sweat. Combined with the cooling gel it feels very cool and, oddly, crisp. The leather wrapped around the sides is effective at blocking out noise. Very very similar to the base ear pads. Cons: They are significantly firmer than the base ear pads, more like memory foam. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it does take some time to get used to. They are very thick; headphones won’t fit in the case while the wicked cushions are attached. You will probably have to do some adjustments to get the fit just right after installing these pads. The bottom line: these are great for if you sweat a lot and or if you live in a hot area. But keep in mind that they might not be perfect right away, and they will render your case useless. But you could always buy another case.

I've been using these earpads daily for 7 months at the time of this review. Ok, so I run warm, and when I sweat, my head and hair are the first parts of my body to become wet. With the factory earpads, after about 6 months of use, small perforations formed in the leather-like surface of the pads. Then they would seem to absorb liquid almost like a sponge, to the point where the headphones would become noticeably heavier, take forever to dry, and would start to stink. (Gross, I know, sorry lol.) I only say that to illustrate the remarkable improvement that these earpads bring to the table. They do feel cool and comfortable when you put them on, but they do eventually get warm. However, it seems that only the very top layer is able to be saturated, meaning that a quick wipe on a towel wicks 99% of the moisture away from the earpads. In terms of comfort, I regularly wear the headphones for upwards of 10 hours per day, with little to no soreness. Obviously high quality materials, cause they look just like they did the day I got them. The noise isolation is the same or better than the stock pads. I've also gotten compliments from strangers about how they look. Definitely a great ROI in terms of price, performance & convenience.

These headphone pad replacements were very easy to install. They are bigger and cushier than the originals, which in my opinion makes them more comfortable. The downside from the extra padding is that they don’t fit in the original case anymore. Update: I have been using these for a couple of weeks now. In that time, I have noticed that the noise cancellation is almost nonfunctional with these pads.

I've been purchasing these for quite some time now. From Bose quiet comforts, to the NC700, and now the quiet comfort ultras. Always great quality and these do last. Not sure why the OEM buds always end up ripping from the seams but if anyone is in the market and looking I highly recommend. The comfort is impeccable.

Fit great and stay cool no more heat sweat

Très légèrement plus d'espace pour les oreilles et procure moins de basse a l'écoute que ceux d'origine, moins de transpiration grâce à son tissus alvéolaire. L'anti bruit est moins performant avec les coussinets . Si vous préférez il faudra sacrifier la qualité d'écoute pour un confort supérieur surtout au bout de plusieurs heures sinon prenez ceux d'origine.

The WC FreeZe QC Ultra ear pads are, so far, comfortable, well‑made, and noticeably thicker than the original Bose pads. In terms of build and initial feel, they make a very good first impression. Unfortunately, there are also some drawbacks that affect my overall rating. The biggest issue is the sound quality. With these pads, the audio feels more muffled, as if the clarity and openness of the sound have been reduced. On top of that, they seem to block external noise differently, which actually makes the ANC perform worse than before. As for durability, I can’t comment yet since I’ve only been using them for a short time. What I can say is that the original Bose pads lasted only about 10 months of normal use before falling apart, so I’m hoping these replacements will hold up better in the long run.
