So I bought this headphone in December 2024 One of its side ( the right one ) stopped working since April, sometime it did work sometimes it didn’t, I finally went to the service centre to ask for repair as it is under warranty , they told me an exchange will be delivered instead. Now the exchange has come but it’s a different model! It’s of inferior model, boat trinity. No touch panels available like in this earphone, simple sound. Nothing good! Atleast have the decency to send the replacement of same model . How can boat send downgraded model! Or they could have send me the replacement of similar quality to my original ones. It’s not my fault they stopped working within few months of buying. I have been a boat user since the beginning, but lately their headphones are coming of inferior quality. Before this also the boat rockerz I was using , one earphone stopped working ( thus I got this one as the older one was outside warranty time) the surprising thing is the older headphones were used very less , just while travelling . The one before that got damaged within 1.2 years . What is this boat? My earbuds from oppo are working excellent since I bought them! And I bought them 4 years back, but earphones costing the same are bad from ur company. Not happy with the customer service
