I’ve been using this ALPHA LION Core pre workout before training sessions, and it has delivered consistent results. Super Human Core Pre workout King Lemonade flavor by Alpha Lion is my new favorite pre workout. I want to thank the people who created this product and amazon for making it so readily available. To start, I am an artist and the packaging alone caught my eye. The matte black with the lion and the lemonade icons as well as the bold gold "SUPER HUMAN" lettering and even "king lemonade" written in the pink lemonade coloring is just genius to me. And to color "Alpha" with white is just genius and eye catching to me. The attention to detail down to it tying into the meaning behind the product, alone, lets me know that this company is different than the rest. I had been searching for a pre workout that has more creatine in it, but didn't skimp on the stimulants. This is the only one that I found with 337mg caffeine, 5000mg creatine. I also love that they added the 1000mg of taurine to support the body along with 6000mg L-citruline and 3200mg of Beta Alanine for muscle recovery and endurance. I, personally enjoy the tingling and appreciate that they offer the recommended dose in one serving. The flavor of this is quite tasty, does not give me any negative side effects nor an upset tummy like C4 started giving me. Ingredients are laid out nicely in an easy to read, straightforward manner and the other ingredients aren't what I've seen in some other preworkouts which is a long list of in my opinion, unnecessary fillers. They even take into consideration different preferences of individuals by providing a two scoop breakdown vs. a one, depending on what you choose. The quality and size are top of the game, from what I have seen and it helps me have exactly the feel I want throughout my entire workout, whether I'm lifting heavy that day, doing cardio, or just getting something quick in with a HIIT circuit training at home. I love to add this to non flavored sparkling water - just like an energy drink...only wayyyy better IMO :] Overall, super duper happy with this pre workout and will be ordering it again. I have been using this product for over nine months now, so I am more than qualified to write a review on their product. ALPHA LION has numerous different benefits on why I like to use this product. Some of the varied reasons I chose to use this product are the flavors, the pricing and fast shipping, and the different ingredients inside the pre-workout. Next, I am going to describe the pricing of this pre-workout compared to others. ALPHA LION is relatively cheap, and their product comes in varied sizes and servings. For example, on Amazon you can buy their pre-workout for twenty dollars for thirty servings. Compared to another brand like GHOST, their pre-workout is twenty-seven dollars for thirty servings. ALPHA LION also has better ingredients than GHOST that I prefer; I will describe these ingredients in the next paragraph. Thanks to Amazon Prime, I can get this pre-workout delivered the same day for free. This is convenient because I do not always have access to my car. ALPHA LION pre-workout has plenty of assorted flavors for consumers to try. Some examples: blue razzberries, fruit punch, grape, sour apple, and plenty others. My personal favorite is blue razzberries because I like blue. Compared to other companies, ALPHA LION has pre-workout that tastes good and is not gritty when mixed with water. Other companies’ pre-workout has a gritty taste to their product, and they have a nasty aftertaste. When it comes to selecting a pre-workout, selecting the one with beneficial ingredients is especially important. The reason I chose this pre-workout and why it stood out to me is because of creatine. Creatine is a compound that comes from amino acids. It is naturally forming and helps your muscles hold more water. Very few pre-workout brands have this ingredient, so this makes ALPHA LION pre-workout stand out. The pre-workout has dyes or other unnatural coloring which some people may not like. There are great ingredients that increase muscle recovery which is great for after going to the gym. In conclusion, ALPHA LION pre-workout is a great one to pick and start using for the gym. It has numerous different benefits promoting muscle growth and recovery. The pre-workout has various flavors and sizes. I heavily recommend this to anyone starting out in the gym and needs a pick me up; The pricing on the pre-workout makes it very affordable for just about anybody.

Tastes good, great pump. Doesn't fully mix, has small amount of powder that sits at the bottom of my bottle.

Alpha Lion is an excellent pre-workout. It tastes great and provides a boost of energy. Great texture and taste.

I saw in my purchase history, I have bought this over 20 times so I figured I’d review it. This is by far my favorite preworkout and blows out pre’s I’ve taken in higher price points. I take 2 scoops before the gym and I get the best pumps and performance. It is cheap, effective, and my go-to. I am a stim-junkie and this doesn’t make me crash after workouts. I have only ran into 1 tub that was clumped up during shipping from a poor seal, but out of the 20+ tubs I’ve bought I’d say that’s great odds. It tastes good too and mixes well, so that’s a plus
