Bought it nearly a month ago. It is indeed a good product. Very nice build quality for its price. It was very easy to install. Screen size is very good for my car. It’s very quick to start, takes around 3 seconds to synchronize with everything. Very quick to connect the phone. It’s compatible with my iPhone and Android both. But slightly disappointed with the time it takes to switch from CarPlay to Android auto. Function wise it’s easy and handy. Maps and directions are just like you use in your smartphone. Dash-cam quality is good only in 4K when you drive 30+ mph. Back camera recording is good in 1080p resolution. Cons:- needs to be disconnected from CarPlay to see the recorded videos in phones app. Consoles speaker is loud but not decent audio. Reverse camera hard wire-red wire is very small in length ( because of that I am unable to see the performance of reverse parking at the moment) will update the review once I start using the reverse parking camera .

Great item. Screen quality is excellent. Very easy to set up and use with an iPhone (an iPhone 14 Pro Max in this case). Seamless integration and easy to connect to the power and aux port for audio. The rear camera is a bonus and also means that the device records both a dash and rear view at the same time. Once set up, all the expected CarPlay features are present. The only issue I've encountered is that Siri doesn't work. I've swapped the included 12V charger to be powered by the USB port of the car. This means the unit powers down once the engine is off and comes on automatically when the car is powered up. I didn't want to keep plugging and unplugging from the 12V port as this stays live all the time.

Debated for quite a while on whether to go for a new head unit or one of these type of products. Have to say that this was the right choice: Positives: Easy to install - you have two options - base that sticks to the dashboard or an arm with a suction cup. I had to use the arm attached to the windscreen and so far no issues with the quality of the suction cup. Quick to set-up - the phone connection process was a breeze and seamlessly connects every time I am in the car Functionality - wireless android auto so you do not need to connect the phone via usb to the unit. I was worried that the unit being above the dashboard would restrict view, but due to being wide / oblong as opposed to square, it doe not impact visibility. The inbuilt adjustable Dashcam and rear camera (still to yet install) is perfect - so no need for additional wire for a separate dashcam. As my head unit does not have bluetooth or an aux input I am using the FM transmitter option to play sound via the car radio. I previously had one of those small bluetooth FM transmitter, which was ok but often sound was not great and interference was often a problem. With this unit I have been very impressed - the FM signal must be quite strong as I have experienced little to no interference and the sound is as good as a the bluetooth connection I get in my other car. Negatives - Reason for four stars: The suction cup arm - as the unit is quite large, and whilst not heavy, still weighs quite a bit on the end of the arm, the unit vibrates and bounces over bumps etc (this won't be a problem if you use the base that sticks to the dashboard). To overcome this I have stuck a strip of foam to the underside of the unit with cushions it with dashboard. This works pretty well and more than happy with the result. Second problem with the suction cup is that the attachment to the cup has a little bit of play so when you are turning a corner the unit slides slightly to the left or right. Its not a major issue but worth knowing. The other issue is if you want to view the dashcam footage or use some of the non android auto functionality the unit says to disconnect from android auto. However the android auto connectivity is so good that it automatically reconnects to your phone - I have turned the bluetooth off, wireless off on the phone and still it connects lol. I contacted Carpuride, and they were very quick to reply, they stated that you needed to 'forget' the Carpuride connection on Bluetooth and then re-establish the connection afterwards. I think this is a bit a faff and you should be able to switch between the units native apps and android auto. But again not a major issue. Overall - good value for money, saved me having to pay someone to install a head unit or try myself.

Wow, this is an amazing product. This has brought my old car up to date. The Bluetooth connection has worked seamless with the car stereo and I have the add bonus of keeping the use of the steering wheel controls. I will eventually install the rear camera as my current camera is very old. (A Job for next summer). Both Carpuride and car stereo handles calls and, therefore mic and audio is picked up by the car and not from Carpuride speaker or mic. Call sound quality is therefore not affected. Some online reviews state that the Carpuride mic is used for calls. Not in my case.

Absolute simplicity to set up Bluetooth sound from my phone to the van stereo via the Carpuride. Android Auto/Google maps looks great on this screen with hi resolution detail and the screen is easy to see while wearing polarised sunnies, which is a huge bonus. The camera just works straight from the box with the supplied SD card. Many great features like automatic screen brightness, reversing camera, many mounting options. I researched many different makes and this was a clear winner.

Was initially happy with the screen and camera until the front camera stopped working after less than 24h. To be honest, it does a bit cheap and flimsy. Getting a refund and will look at a different brand next time.

Easy to fit and synchronise with my iPhone, fitted to a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder using the car’s native Bluetooth.

Dieses Gerät kann ich zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Einfache Montage. Die Verbindung mit dem Handy kinderleicht, das Display sagt einem was man machen muss. Vielfältige Möglichkeit mit dem Autoradio zu verbinden. Aber auch ohne Autoradio voll funktionsfähig. Ich steige ins Auto, starte den Wagen und es verbindet sich automatisch mit dem Handy. Per Sprachanweisung kann ich alle Dienste wie z.B. Telefonieren, Navigation oder Musik starten. Tolles Teil. Falls es doch mal Probleme gibt, der Support antwortet innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen. Ich habe mir für meinen Golf 5 eine zusätzliche Halterung für den CD-Player gekauft.

Al momento dell'arrivo sembra un buon prodotto, dobbiamo ancora metterlo in uso, perché va montato nel veicolo e inserito il cavo per la telecamera dietro. Aggiornerò la mia recensione una volta montato. L'unica pecca, se così la vogliamo definire, è il cavo da fissare per la telecamera posteriore, che è troppo corto per un veicolo come il camper e in più pensavamo che la retro camera fosse in wireless. Per il resto sicuramente consigliabile.

Tuttavia, l’aspetto più interessante riguarda la sezione DVR che può contare sulla presenza di ben tre telecamere per monitorare l’ambiente circostante e fornire una registrazione continua del percorso stradale. Il prodotto arriva in una confezione ricca di accessori che consentono la libera installazione sul cruscotto o dove si preferisce. Le sue dimensioni sono progettate per non ostruire la visuale di guida, per cui potremo posizionarlo anche di fronte al volante in modo da avere una visione chiara e nitida delle informazioni. Per funzionare sfrutta un alimentatore con presa USB-C e un terminale da 12/24 Volt da inserire nella presa accendisigari. Se avete la presa già occupata, potete usare un Power Bank o un alimentatore con doppio ingresso USB con almeno 3 Ampere di potenza. Il display da 10 pollici si presenta con una risoluzione di ben 1600x600 Pixel e un angolo di visione che copre praticamente l’intero abitacolo. La digitazione sembra abbastanza reattiva e permette un rapido accesso a tutte le funzioni interne offrendo un’esperienza grafica decisamente appagante. La telecamera frontale in 4K offre una visione grandangolare di tutto ciò che accade sul fronte stradale permettendo di registrare filmati esattamente come avviene per una qualsiasi DASHCAM. La confezione contiene anche una scheda Micro-SD da 64GB già pronta per l’uso su cui poter riversare le registrazioni. In aggiunta è disponibile una telecamera in 1080p da posizionare sulla targa per le manovre di parcheggio, mentre la terza telecamera utilizza un sistema ad infrarossi particolarmente sensibile al buio e può essere utilizzata all’interno dell’abitacolo. Fatta eccezione per gli ingressi analogici AV e AUX, lo schermo non prevede altri cablaggi e si collega rapidamente al cellulare in modalità wireless. Per l’iPhone è disponibile la consolidata funzionalità CARPLAY mentre per gli altri Smartphone basta attivare il Bluetooth e lasciare che il WIFI si occupi di completare la connessione ad ANDROID AUTO. Da questo momento sarà possibile eseguire chiamate in vivavoce e accedere alle mappe di navigazione direttamente dal touchscreen dello schermo. Naturalmente potremo ascoltare musica e sintonizzarvi sulle stazioni radio FM utilizzando sia l’altoparlante integrato che l’impianto audio dell’auto. Lo schermo si è mostrato stabile e affidabile durante la connessione con tutti gli Smartphone di casa. Non ha richiesto alcuna configurazione se non il collegamento Bluetooth e l’attivazione del segnale WIFI per poter accedere alle mappe di navigazione e agli applicativi installati sullo Smartphone. A tale scopo, l’accesso ad Internet avviene attraverso la rete mobile del gestore telefonico, per cui potremo affidarci ad un comodo assistente vocale che ci guiderà in tutte le procedure di navigazione senza distogliere lo sguardo dalla strada. Dal controllo vocale alla messaggistica istantanea, il W903S3 offre la soluzione più semplice per comunicare in tutta sicurezza e senza necessità di togliere le mani dal volante. La tripla ripresa video e l’elevata qualità delle registrazioni garantiscono un monitoraggio costante del percorso stradale permettendo di preservare importanti informazioni in caso di sinistro. Per la resa e la facilità di installazione, ma soprattutto per l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, consiglio questo prodotto a tutti coloro che desiderano aggiungere un sistema infotainment nella propria auto senza interventi invasivi.

Nicht gleich ein neues Mediasystem einbauen (dafür hätte ich sowieso weder Zeit noch das können) sondern was zum Dranbauen – irgendwas mit CarPlay halt). Zuerst mal: Ich musste nichts ausbauen, nichts zersägen oder verkabeln. Ich hab das Teil einfach mit dem mitgelieferten Saugnapf an die Scheibe gepappt, Strom über den Zigarettenanzünder – fertig. Ging schneller als mein Navi aus dem Handschuhfach zu friemeln. Und plötzlich hatte mein altes Auto ein fettes HD-Touchdisplay, drei Kameras und eine Benutzeroberfläche, die sich anfühlt wie bei einem Neuwagen. ➖Echte Highlights im Alltag➖ Am meisten überrascht hat mich, wie flüssig und sauber das Ganze läuft. CarPlay verbindet sich sofort kabellos, Musik, Maps, Telefon – alles drin. Die Kameraqualität der 4K-Frontkamera ist gestochen scharf, die Rückfahrkamera hilft beim Einparken in meiner engen Straße. Und dann die Kamera für den Innenraum – klar, die ist ein bisschen speziell, aber für Eltern mit Kids auf der Rückbank eine nette Spielerei. Der Bildschirm blendet nicht, reagiert super schnell und sieht einfach hochwertig aus. Nicht wie so ein Billigding mit Plastikgehäuse, sondern echt solide. Klar, es gibt kleine Schwächen – der interne Lautsprecher klingt blechern.
