I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I should share in case someone else is dealing with the same little issues I was. I’ve been using Pure Encapsulations Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM for several months now, and it’s one of the few joint support supplements I truly trust—and feel results from. Besides this, I think it would be great to add magnesium also. I’m in my late 60s and had been struggling with sleep for a while — waking up in the middle of the night, tossing and turning, just not feeling rested. On top of that, I was having some muscle tightness and these odd little eye twitches that would come and go. My daughter suggested I try magnesium, and after trying a couple brands that upset my stomach, I gave this one a shot. Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Glycinate has been such a pleasant surprise. I take two capsules about an hour before bed, and I’ve been sleeping much better — deeper sleep and fewer wake-ups in the night. It also helps me wind down; I feel more relaxed, like my body and mind are finally getting the message that it’s time to rest. The muscle tightness has improved, and that annoying eye twitch hasn’t come back in weeks. What I really like is that it doesn’t upset my stomach at all. This glycinate form is much gentler than other types I’ve tried. I also read that it absorbs better, which makes sense — I can actually feel the difference. And the glycine in it is supposed to help with calming, which I do notice, especially in the evenings. Another thing I appreciate is that this brand doesn’t include any weird additives or junk ingredients. Just a clean, high-quality supplement that does what it says. It’s become part of my nightly routine, and honestly, it’s one of the few things I take that I can truly say has helped. Try both of the items if you want to see a better result for joints and overall health.

Ive been taking these for years and honestly theyre the best out there. You can take it as is or open the capsule and pour the contents into a beverage of choice.

Help me with my knee pain, i am an avid jogger, no side effects at all

I love PE products. I've been using them for over 10 years. I have an arthritic big toe which can really hurt at different parts of the day depending on what I'm doing. Since taking PE Glucosamine, I don't have as much pain as I used to.

It’s ok. A lot of money. My knees don’t hurt as much anymore. I just started a new cheaper supplement. I’ll try to keep you posted which one is better.
