Cheese Straw Problem Solved! Works well with Kitchen Aid.
We love to make cheese straws, but using the hand cranked cookie press gave us tennis elbow! We searched for a solution including 3-D printing a disc for our Kitchen Aid. Well, that didn’t work, so we planned to commission a die cut disc. When we saw the GEFU reportedly fit the Kitchen Aid meat grinder, we decided to try it. We are so pleased to report that it not only fits, the metal is strong enough to hold up to the thick cheese straw dough!

Easy to use
Worked well with my cheapo manual meat grinder. I might eventually buy an attachment for the Kitchenaid mixer as well and use the cookie press there. I would prefer all the shapes to be combined into one ( see a generic picture attached). All in all it was easy and pleasant to use but apparently my recipe needs to be tweaked. All the stars and logs melted and turned into peanuts all the same

German spritz cookies were never easier.
This replaced an old attachment from a meat grinder that was used for decades to make spritz cookies. Perfect!

Habe mir diesen noch zusätzlich zu einem vorhandenen starren Spritzgebäckvorsatz bestellt. Hier sind die Plätzchenresultate etwas anders, da die Lochvorsätze etwas größer sind, Plätzchen werden dicker und das ist gut so. Gute Qualität, Reinigung etwas intensiver. da dort wo die Vorsätze zusammen verbunden sind sich der Teig zwischen setzt. Aber das tut dem Produkt keinen Abbruch. Kann ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Preis / Leistung ist ok.
