I have been buying Yogi Tea for a while now. I have one cup a day before going to bed, and get a fantastic nights rest. Now I also give to my friends when I hear them complaining about not being able to sleep. I've tried other brands of sleepy tea, but the bedtime Yogi tea for me is the best. You can taste the quality of it I liked it so much they have gift sample in a nice gift box that I have given to a friend as a get well. In addition I've given Yogi Teas to my neighbors over Christmas.

All of my family love this product and now expect as a stocking stuffer:) Family say the Teas greatly help them when they aren't feeling well, jet-lagged or stressed in the recent past! I find the teas very comforting and help sore throat. Highly recommend this product!
