This is a botanist dream hot cream for sore muscles. Memorize the ingredients to this along with the scientific names and you're on your way to being a herbalist. It says to do a small test on your skin to make sure you're not allergic to it. People assume that if it has botanicals that they are so natural your skin will not react. I tried it out and there were no impacts at all. It did give me some relief on a sore shoulder. I shall continue to use it.

Beyond quick results, the Hot Cream absorbs quickly on the skin and dries quickly so I don't worry about spoiling shirts and back brace when worn. If I apply every several hours, my very sore/muscle strained back allows me to continue moving about without ongoing pain. I must continue to sit straight and also learned to pull in my tummy so the back is supporting the "Thanksgiving turkey." Seriously, this product is very good and I recommend. Pulled my back when at age 79 I was trying to lift 3/4 ply onto windows for hurricane preparation. Not so smart.

This is not a “negative” review, but I was expecting this to have some heat to it but honestly, it’s not the slightest bit warm… Seems to help with my problems a little but not HOT as advertised. This is just my personal experience. It may be different for others.

I really liked this product. There was a very minor issue but it has since been resolved. I got it for myself again. As a free gift you provide the customer. After they've purchased one of your many amazing products. I was completely sold on it. I wasn't able to use the product as much as I would have liked to. But the hot cream smells great and it feels as if it does wonders for muscle aches and pains bodywise and on sore joints etc. Especially for those folks who suffer from Arthritis like myself. I am not usually inclined to be tough on reviews but I bought this cream to see if the heat would be strong enough for my mother in law who has cold feet and hands year round and lives in an area that has bitterly cold weather. There was no heat whatsoever. The cream was not greasy and left my hands soft but there wasn't even a tingle. I thought since i have different skin and system that I would have my husband try it since his skin is the same type as his mom. No dice. He felt nothing. We covered our hands we felt no difference. We rubbed our hands together and nothing. I would not recommend this for the heat or muscle soreness. It does a good job of making the skin soft. The smell is mild not bad.

Failed to help. It felt more cool than 'hot'. Also, very runny. While it does feel good on my feet, i will use as moisturizer than as a pain reliever.

Awesome ingredients. Numerous herbs and botanicals. Extremely well rounded creamy product. The capsicum(pepper), is of course, the strongest ingredient. Pepper, when applied b4/ after shower or sweat, will light into SOME kind of sensitivity. For me, those painful skin sensations, can actually help with the original pain. The Pepper pain reaction, seems to catalyze pain relief in multiple ways. For me, It is a necessary cream used in pain reduction. Please, be careful though. Top-Notch product. 100% The light non staining cream applies easily and dries quickly, depending on amt used. UPDATE!!! Everything I stated above is very true for me. I utilize this product through cycling it and others for Optimal relief. This product is an essential part of my connective tissue repair regime. Amen.

This hot cream is awesome!!!!! I have used every cream , gel and spray for my chronic arthritis and vein issues with my legs causing poor circulation and nothing has worked until this. I was so impressed I ordered a jar for my sister who has had both knees and a hip replaced. She works on her feet long hours and also has at times a pinched nerve in her neck. I sent her a jar and had an issue with the shipping (different seller) it was going to take a week longer so I went back to Amazon and found Body Naturals and sent another jar she received in two days. She said it worked so well she could get some sleep and relieved her pain. She uses it daily and at night before bed. Now she has two jars she is sharing with friends and family. I am ordering my second jar today ( I don't want to run out). I like this better than Pentrex and it is 2.5% times the money. This stuff is great if you have any aches and pains try it.
