Vanilla Verve Nutrient-Rich Body Cream

Within the first use I knew I would never buy another lotion again. I go through this like it’s water. The scent is a perfectly mature vanilla without too many floral notes, it layers beautifully with any scent you put on after- if perfume is your thing! The texture and consistency is exactly what I look for in a lotion, it’s creamy, soft, & incredibly hydrating but doesn’t apply so thick that you have to rub it into your skin for minutes. The only minor complaint would be I wish it came in a jumbo size & with a pump. I bought the Vanilla Verve and Modern Patchouli oils around the same time I got the lotion and I can confidently say I trust Cyklar with my LIFE. I’ve gifted atleast three bottles of multiple scents to everyone in my life and we’ve become a Cyklar fan club. I’ve been a huge Billie Eilish fan since her first singles & Claudia, Cyklar’s founder, is engaged to her brother, Finneas! So fun! That’s how I initially heard of the brand, but, I follow Claudia as well and everything she stands for and the way she uses her platform is nothing short of admirable/an inspiration. I don’t think there’s a better feeling than loving a product and knowing the brand behind it is filled with the most kind, intelligent, caring individuals. Moral of the story: get the lotion. Get it all.

Oh. My. Goodness. I've been eyeballing this since it first came out before it even went viral when I first mistakenly thought it was a Korean company (Cyklar) because of the treatment-grade formulations of their body and bath products. Normally I do not like thick moisturizers. This is indeed a rich moisturiser. But it actually ABSORBS. Truly. It has a gorgeous scent. It will beautifully occlude any hydration from the shower or any added hydration from lighter emulsions or essences added to the skin beforehand, without pilling or interfering. It isn't overly-occlusive, however, meaning no tacky feel left on the skin or no film. It is very smooth and just super high quality. I'm floored. I wish I would have stopped trying to find my own "unique Indie brand" of body wash/moisturizer sooner (I'm weird about these things, skincare fanatic here lol) and just made the jump. My fav scent and my skin feels and looks terrific. My favorite part of the night is my shower. I love my routine. Personally, out of the entire set, the body creme is my FAVORITE. CANNOT live without it! It's very expensive, but well worth it. I will keep paying the price because this is a premium type of item. Thank you! Thank you thank you thank you! Such a beautiful scent! Sandalwood rules! That touch of old Indian sandalwood that you don't find anymore.

I’m entirely thrilled with this line of products. I adore the vanilla verve! Obviously, scent is subjective and the outlier is your body’s natural biome. Those things are what make products like this a five star experience or a scent nightmare. On me, I get the lemon herbal scent initially and then it dries down into this lovely, feminine and warm scent where I get the vanilla. I’m shocked that this works for me scent-wise. So naturally, I have proceeded to order the shower gel and perfume oil. I started with the body oil first. I purchased this body cream next immediately after using the oil! The body cream is light but moisturizing! If you want this to be your scent, you’ll need to layer the products and reapply. OR partner these products with a complimentary perfume (my preferred method). For me, this is a very unexpected home run! This isn’t your tween/teen vanilla. It’s a big girl scent. I can’t wear the majority of vanilla scented products because they literally give me a headache, make me sneeze and eventually irritate my sinuses so bad that they close up! Nope - none of that here!!! They need a jumbo size for the ladies in the frigid north!

I have a huge obsession with quality skincare. Being in my early fifties, I love finding products that are nutrient rich. Let me say that this CYKLAR Nutrient Rich body cream is absolutely phenomenal. It's one of those products after using, you decide that is what is called a "Forever Product". The formula is perfect as it smooths over your skin with a lightweight application. This is a non-greasy formula. (Kudos for this). The moisture I apply at the beginning of my day lasts until my evening bath time. Insanely impressed. This lotion choice is called "Vanilla Verve" - the creator did very well in capturing the PERFECT Vanilla scent. I detest certain vanillas that smell like artificial vanilla and alcohol. I can surely attest that this lotion was beautifully created. This is the epitome of full luxurious pampering. AND to have this accessible every day- well that's a win right there. I have now added the body wash and fragrance which layers incredibly. Therefore, based on an absolutely WONDERFUL experience, I would highly encourage any Vanilla lovers to give this a try. You will thank me later. :) Please never discontinue. :)

This smells delicious—I’m not joking. I use it as a moisturizer after shaving, and it feels super rich and hydrating. It is heavily fragranced, so definitely use it with discretion, but I personally love it for an extra boost of smelling-good confidence, especially around the collarbone. A little goes a long way, so you get a lot of use out of it.

In LOVEE with the scent and moisturize that this body cream provides! It doesn’t take long to absorb and is definitely worth the price tag.

I am probably the biggest sucker for body lotions. If you opened up my linen closet, bathroom drawers, nightstands, and work bags you would find tons of half used lotions that I’ve spent a small fortune on chasing a promise of dry skin relief and nice scent. Either the scent is great but the lotion is drying, or I get adequate relief from dry skin and there isn’t a scent or it smells terrible. So after reading some of the reviews I decided to throw away some more money, but this time I was very pleased. I love the Vanilla Verve and as many have mentioned it smells very similar to a popular vanilla body spray. But the best part is that it actually provides a rich moisture that isn’t greasy and lasts all day. My skin is soft and has a nice subtle vanilla smell. I love it so much, I’ve now re-ordered it numerous times. The Vanilla Verve is great for fall/winter, I also love the Naked Neroli, which has a more feminine floral smell. It pairs really nicely with the perfumes I wear like Tom Ford Soleil Blanc and Valentino Born in Roma parfums. I wish there was more product for the price, as I seem to go through one tube every 3 weeks. However, they do moisturize better than more expensive lotions and body creams purchased at beauty stores and the fragrances are great. No artificial fragrance smells or overpowering notes that give you a headache.
