I have a similar 12x10 Aluminum Gazebo from Kozyard which has been great the past several years, so I decided to give this one a try for grilling. Great grill gazebo that is very sturdy, easy to assemble and keeps rain and snow from preventing you from grilling. The aluminum version. Is very sturdy and will last several years. We got over 20” of snow from a recent winter storm and it held up great.

When I first received this canopy, we experienced some sagging, particularly on the longer sides, where rainwater would collect, as others have mentioned. Once this sagging occurs, the weight of the water stretches the canopy, exacerbating the issue as time passes. This is a design flaw, as the longer sides require extra support to prevent the gap that would allow water to accumulate. I added this extra support on my own, and it has worked very well. For each side, I added a 2” baluster to raise the height of the cross bar and then attached (2) 48” shelf tracks with zip ties. Since receiving this canopy, I have had it for over 5 years, and it has withstood the rain, snow, and winds of the Northeast without issue. I like this unit because it has a smaller footprint than others, and it offers a replacement canopy. Yes, the canopy will fade over time (just like patio umbrellas), and it can become a little dingy from the grill smoke, but you can always purchase a replacement canopy separately. I would have given it 5 stars if it natively came with the extra canopy support that is needed.

This was purchased as a gift and my husband loves it! It was not hard to put together. Fits the area perfectly with room. They thought of everything with shelves and hooks to hold all his favorite BBQ utensils. Bottle opener for beer and soda. It shipped and was delivered within a couple days! The canopy provides shade when cooking in the sun and protection for the grill, and smoker when it rains.

We haven't gotten our grill to put under it yet but we will soon. It's perfect for grilling on the porch. I love that I can put a bar stool or 2 out on the side to sit with my husband while he grills. I chose not to put the LED lights out just becausei plan to get a 2 in 1 light and fan for the center. When it arrived it hard a couple of pieces that were bent. However, I emailed the company and they were prompt with response time. Within 24hrs of me emailing them they had not only responded to my email but also had my replacement pieces on the way with tracking information. They were very professional and polite. Lowes sells this exact same cover for $177 before taxes or any other end fees. This was 100% worth ordering from this company instead. Same product same delivery time amazing customer service and a better price. Assembly: It took me and my husband roughly 1hour -1.5hrs to assemble together. This is from the time of opening the box until we finished picking up the mess we made. There may have also been a 10 min battle with a wasp in there somewhere lol

Ive had this canopy for about 5 months and it is still good. I use it for My BBQ because we grill alot! It’s survived rain, strong winds, and the heat. I did get sand bags for the legs though.

I love this grill canopy, it has worked really well for us for 5 years without needing the canvas replaced. Pretty remarkable. HOWEVER, pease be aware if you buy this, other standard 8x5' canopy replacement tops won't work for this model. The bottom cover fits, the top one does not. This item has a much larger top part of the canopy - it's 24x39". This measurement is nowhere to be found on the description or on the Kozyard website. Sad to only give 3 stars for something that worked so well, but finding a replacement cover has been beyond a hassle. I am now in the process of sweing one myself.

I have literally bought and put together at least 25 of this type of canopy. This is by far the nicest, well built, durable one I've ever owned. The directions were easy to follow. The poles and screw holes all fit without any adjustments needed. The canopy has no flaws, lose stitching and fit easily. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
