I always read the back of the bottles “Supplement Facts” to see the amount “mcg or mg” per tablet. That’s what matters the most because there are certain ingredients that might not be beneficial to your health or might have a side effect with your other medications, or not enough mg/dosage that you need. Overall, I give this supplement 3 stars and not because it’s not good or price but because not enough dosage per tablet, not as strong as other NAD+ supplement that I have tried in the past. It’s fair but I am looking for something stronger for my age “over 55”. Who knows, it just might work for you, so try it first don’t just take my words for it.
