It does the job handily.
In pursuit of my hobbies, I sometimes have occasion to do some rattle can spray painting. I don't do nearly enough of it to justify buying one of those fancy hobby spray booths. Usually, I just go outside and do my spray painting on old newspapers. Living in New England, there are several months each year during which this is not feasible. Those short, dark, depressing winter days are the times when I need my hobbies the most. Our garage is unheated and so, unsuitable. I built my own spray booth out of corrugated boxes, but it's only marginally satisfactory. It's difficult to see what I am doing. It doesn't fold flat, so when it's not in use, it's an elephant sitting in a corner of my hobby area. One of the things I like about this spray booth is that it folds into a small flat package. More about that later. Amazon, in their desire to be loved is continually making 'suggestions', allegedly based upon my prior purchases. I can't imagine which of my purchases they based this suggestion on, but it looked like a pretty good idea. I chose the small size, which is huge in terms of the projects that I am normally working on. It pops up easily, and the fabric is translucent, allowing enough light to filter through that I can see what is going on. There's a velcro panel in the back wall which will allow the addition of an exhaust fan. The issue of fumes should not be ignored, especially if you are spraying in an enclosed space. So far, I haven't felt the need, but my spray projects are small quick ones. I have to say that folding this thing back up is weird and fiddly. If you lack patience, you will probably find it frustrating. Your only chance is to follow the instructions that are sewn into the cover. So far, I've only used this 3 times, so it may be I will develop the knack with further use. Would I buy this again? I think so. Not having used it for a long term, I can't speak to it's durability. Barring that, it's a good deal.

It works so well
It absolutely works. Use a 20x20x1 ac filter and a fan on the outside. It will pull all overspray into the filter. Let it dry then fold uptrend tent. Wish I had this year's ago. No more cardboard boxes.

Works well but could seal tighter
The shelter does a good job containing overspray and keeping dust out. Setup is straightforward and the frame feels sturdy. However, the bottom edges don’t seal completely on uneven surfaces, so a bit of airflow escapes. Still very effective overall — great for small to medium projects.

The answer for indoor spraying
Love it!!!!! Winter weather makes it hard to spray craft projects…. Taping up plastic is a pain….. so, decided it was time to buy this! So happy I did. Daughter used it today & she agrees…. Definitely worth the money! I left it up to let any overspray dry, then I can fold it up & store it in handy pouch & tuck it out of the way! It takes up a bit of space inside, but easy to move & work around. I think I’m going to buy the small one for use on counter top in workshop. It seems to be well made, not worried about cleaning, & easy setup & put away!

Confusing to put back, but easy to get the hang of
I almost debated just using a tarp and hoping for the best again because I was worried this would be too much work to put away, but I actually love this. It pops up all by itself (see video). It is small enough to fit on my balcony, but big enough to hold my chair I was painting. I had 3 chairs in there at one point, but could have definitely fit 4. I was worried about putting it away because I didn’t know how to do it and the instructions were sort of confusing and I was worried that the areas that I got spray paint on would stick to each other even after I let it dry. But the sides definitely didn’t stick, I have pulled it out and put it away 3 times now. As for folding it back up, that was confusing. So this is how I do it: 1. Make it flat (by pulling the opening together and you do the same for the opposite side) 2. Lay it down on the floor 3. Fold the bottom (wider end) towards the tip about 3/4 of the way 4. Try to tuck the tip under the bottom end that you just folded over 5. Grab the sides one at a time and twist (I just twist in different directions until it automatically folds under itself)

Great portable and stowable paint booth!!
Love this paint booth. I paint a bunch of 3D Printed props and this makes going from a large carboard box to a real paint booth a no brainer! All you need is a cheap box fan and a cheap central air filter. I use this in my garage with the door open and the fan pointing out to the street and it works perfectly. I also like how large this booth is, I can easy fit large props in it and have plenty of room to work around the item. The walls of the booth are transparent enough that you get a pretty good level of light through but I would assume over time the walls will get overspray and reduce light over time. I will likely add some cheap LED lighting on a tripod as I continue to use this booth. Stowing the booth is easy once you figure out how to fold the booth and place it back in the bag/case that comes with the booth. I can easily stow it away with my paint equipment as the footprint is very slim! Definitely a great buy at this price point and would highly recommend it!

Great solution when looking for a place to paint furniture
My wife decided were going to refurbish some facebook marketplace furniture for our home. She found some great pieces that were not our color. No problem at all. Just pop this up in the garage and spray away. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. It makes it super easy to set up, spray then put it all away and move on to the next job.

Living in a flat is not ideal for airbrushing. I had a thought to make a fold away spray booth and looked on Amazon for ideas when I came across this item which suited my needs exactly. It arrived today and when I opened it I was totally impressed. It is bigger than I thought but will fit well on the table in the bay window. There is a skirt which will cover the front of the table and a flap at the rear which is velcroed over mesh. This means I can open the rear flap and dangle the skirt out of the window for ventilation with the mesh to cover any overspray. The fabric used allows good light, it is easy to clean and it all folds down into a small bag. It is like a mini version of the toilet tent we use for camping so I already have the knack of folding it. If you are new to this expect a struggle at first but check out You Tube for how to fold a toilet tent and they will take you through the process. It is very easy when you know how. The only downside is that there is no extraction to remove fumes but as I use water based acrylic this is not a significant issue. Overall very pleased

Fantastic little painting tent. Works great and folds into a very small package. It takes a bit of practice and multiple tries each time to fold it in correctly, but you can tell the arms won't easily break, so you can basically wrestle into submission after each painting session

This is a large well thought out spray tent which is ideal for spraying larger items such as tables, chairs etc. It was bigger than I thought it would be, and I will be getting the smaller tent also. It is fairly easy to assemble it. Although it recommends two people, I find I can manage it myself in about 5 minutes by laying it out on the ground, threading one of the flexible poles through the front of the tent and putting the ends of the poles into the pins at the rear of the tent. Then thread the other pole through the rear of the tent and put the ends into pins at the front of the tent. Looking at a picture of the assembled tent helps a lot. In use I found it worked well. The vents around the bottom of the tent prevents pressure building up inside and keeps the dirt out. The front mesh is useful for keeping out small flies etc. which always seem to be attracted to white paint, and will ruin the finish in seconds. It gives plenty of ventilation to allow the paint to dry. All in all a very good product.
