I bought this for my boyfriend/father of my children for Father's Day. It was fairly easy for the two of us to put it together. He did the actual assembling and I was in charge of handing him what he needed and reading instructions. Pretty sturdy and works great for what he needs it for. My favorite part is that it folds up and sits in the corner when he's not using it, so it's out of the way. Good value for the money. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this bench for my 13-year-old grandson for Christmas. It was easy to assemble, comfortable to use and very sturdy. The height of the bar can be adjusted for bench pressing. It fulfilled my expectations. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it i is not as wide as a standard Olympics bench.

Was very easy to set up. Very sturdy and safe. Compact design works well for limited space.

Almost totally unusable. I'm an almost perfectly median-size American male and the width of the vertical supports is almost the exact width of my chest, which makes it nearly impossible to do a bench press. And similarly, the length of the adjustable seat is so short that when you set-it up at a diagonal, my head is resting on the bar. Frustratingly bad design for a normal sized male.

I use it to lift weights at home. I like it because it's practical and doesn't use much space in my bedroom. It's also very sturdy and holds very well my 200lbs weight and the 150lbs I lift. I don't like the plastic wrapping underneath the bench. I couldn't take it out and makes it look worn down and i think it wasn't necessary.
