Came quickly. It is holding up well after months would definitely recommend. We did install in a rafter it has worked really well. It was easy to install. It is holding a 100lb punching bag.

I bought this to hang a swing on my patio. It works great, I can swing in all directions. Has held in the frame for over 2 years, no rusting. I just bought another one for inside for a TRX like system. I like that it moves in all directions, and not just one. More convenient for different uses.

This is just what they said it was. A nice, solid stainless steel lifting hook. Heavy duty. In this situation, the swivel comes in handy in my garage. I’ll be positioning it somewhere near the center to use for a couple of different things.

I got this to hang above the throne in the bathroom. Used 1 inch strap and handles to let my wife get off easier once the paperwork is completed. Be sure to fasten it securely to a stud. Do not use molly bolts.

Had little prep time to come to a flushed and clean look for these but mainly I wanted to mount into the wooden beams for gymnastic rings. I'm about 5'7 weighing at 160 so far so good. Haven't done any crazy extra weight but for the most part good. Swivel action works good not smooth as it'll squeak here and there. But that can be fixed later if it's truly bothersome.

Much better than an eye bolt, and cheaper than separate swivel. Works great, two bolts to secure instead of one.

I purchased these to hang an ariel swing and they have been amazing work great.
