I take 2 of these at night right before I go to bed and it helps me fall right asleep! The drowsiness factor is why I take these at night instead of in the morning as recommended. And though it says to take on an empty stomach, I rarely do that, but these still work pretty well and like clockwork I have a healthy bowel movement every morning right when I wake up. It has a kind of sweet taste which is pleasant but doesn't really smell like anything. I have noticed though that I'm kind of cranky/mean after taking these, at least for the first couple days, so the claims that these affect mood are accurate. As for the weight loss claims, I haven't personally noticed any difference and I've been taking these for the past 5-6 months consistently. The selling point for these imo was definitely the price you pay for the quantity as well as the quality. So that said, I'll be purchasing this product for the foreseeable future!

This little bottle is a life changer! I got great results on first day within an hour. Take it every morning for a normal predictable movement. I am impressed after trying many things not really expecting the perfect results I get with these little tablets. So easy and no side effects or issues on how to take.

It actually helped sooth symptoms of my dermatitis but, they were too strong made me feel nauseated and weird had to stop taking them after stop taking them the feeling lasted for 7 days til they were out of my system.

Great product, making the william davis sibo yogurts. And taking it as is. no upset. clean flavors. no ill effects. long term not sure yet. just a few week in. It is a bit hard to smash into powder for the yogurts. Oh the review can't say both the gasseri and subtilice. Both are great.

takes a bit to work but once it starts working itll help regulate your stool cycle and really suppresses all the pressure built up in your stomach

Used the lactobacillus reuteri to make yogurt and it came out very good. I boiled a quart of milk at 180 degrees F for about an hour. Then I crushed up 3 tablets (9 billion CFUs) and whisked them into a small amount of cold half & half. Then I added it to the milk when the milk was at 110 degrees F. I let it sit in my oven at 95 degrees for 12 hours and then lowered it to 80/85 degrees for another 12 hours. The yogurt came out thick. It didn't need to be fed with inulin either. I currently am making a second batch using the rest of the ultra pasteurized half & half I had. I whisked a little bit of the yogurt into the half & half. Let's see what happens!
