Fast shipping and delivery. Great little blood pressure monitor. Very easy to use and accurate. I like the fact that it doesn't keep pumping back up when I use the machine. I have a unit I bought several years ago and every time I used that one it would pump up too high and bruise my arm. My blood pressure is withing normal range. So I am very thankful that I found an accurate machine that doesn't bruise my arm. This was also a great value for the price, it's portable. So you can take it with you where ever you want to use it. It isn't bulky. It's just the right size and the display functions the way it should

A quick tip: take two minutes to read the instructions and follow the diagrams. Some of the negative reviews seem to come from user error that could easily be avoided. For example, one review noted an error code that in the manual clearly states the cuff is not tight enough. The device has just four buttons plus power - honestly, I’ve had wristwatches more complicated than this. It’s foolproof and simple by design - just take a moment to read the manual. Great price for a high quality, reliable tool to monitor your health.

It's a good monitor. It's easy to operate and gives accurate readings of blood pressures. It's not big and bulking. It has it's own carrying bag so you can put it up to use for later.

After having purchased several other blood pressure monitors and found them wanting (cuff didn't fit around my arm or it was difficult to read), I am pleased to report this unit works well. The cuff is adequate, the procedure is well-explained in the videos, and it is relatively easy to use. I am now encouraged to use it frequently.

This machine is the BEST!! I needed a pediatric cuff and this machine has the cuff for all sizes. I was always getting high readings. Now with the normal cuff it also works for small arms!! I’m so grateful and at a great price! Thank you Beurer. Much appreciated 👍

Button stops working. I keep thinking the battery is put, but the next day, I have to smash the button over and over to get it to turn on. Such a waste of time waited for it to finally work. I just end up using manual cuff.

Good so far. Pretty accurate and fast. simple and gets the job done.

When I first unboxed the BM27, I was excited: a solid German brand, promises of colour risk indicators, arrhythmia detection, and multi-user memory. But after a few weeks of testing, here’s the full scoop—warts and all. --- ✅ What I Liked 1. Clear Display & UI The screen is big and easy to read—even for my slightly blurry mornings. The WHO colour-scale (green / yellow / red) helps me quickly see if I’m in a safe zone or if I should take note. 2. Arrhythmia Detection & Error Alerts If the cuff is positioned wrong, it warns you (E3 error). And if it suspects irregular heartbeat, it shows a symbol. These features bring some confidence that it’s more than just a cheap gadget. 3. Decent Memory / Multi-user Support It supports 4 users, with up to 30 measurements each, so the whole household can use it. It also gives averages (weekly, morning/evening) which is nice for tracking trends. 4. Comfortable Cuff Fit (22–42 cm range) The cuff size is broad enough for most arms. For me, it comfortably wrapped my upper arm (I’m average build) without feeling too tight (unless it overinflated).

Even though this blood pressure monitor has been calibrated, and comes from a well known company, I didn’t like it at all. Even with a fairly normal BP result, the machine inflates up to about 250, so tight that I feel my arm is about to explode. Additionally, while I read tht the size of the cuff used is important, the cuff with this machine would fit an elephant. While it appears that the result the machine gives is accurate, using it is an unpleasant experience.
