I've used Katbite before and was happy with the product. These discs are the perfect size for small tins. I should have ordered the unbleached but I'm fine with the white. I usually use unbleached but I think it's just a matter of preference and not functionality. I actually chose this brand because of the name - I chuckle every time because of the name.

I had concerns when I read reviews saying the paper was too thin, curled and (most concerning) stuck to the meat (hamburger) but here is my experience. It's true the paper is very thin, and although it feels "waxy", does not appear to be waxed and it does tend to curl when put on top of a ball of hamburger prior to pressing into a patty. I used one sheet on top and one sheet on the bottom in the press and once pressed, the meat DOES stick to the paper and is difficult to separate one from the other . HOWEVER......... once the patties are frozen is a different matter. I found that they separated VERY easily AND the paper separated from the meat very easily too. The entire box is packaged in shrink wrap plastic and has a perforated "removable" panel at one end to remove the sheets. The perforations separated during shipping and the panel fell out of place but the entire package remained sealed in the shrink wrap cellophane so no "open box" hygiene of health issues. A normal box closure might be a better plan but not by any stretch a "deal breaker". Very satisfied with this product. Five star rating for doing what it is supposed to do and doing it very well.
