It’s subtle enough to sip all day. On the saltiness: because of how much I dilute it, it’s barely noticeable – I’d rate it a 1 out of 10 on the salty scale. No strong salty finish or aftertaste that turns me off; it just blends right in. Mixing is effortless – no clumping at all, even in cold water straight from the fridge. The powder dissolves completely and quickly, which is a huge plus for me. The real win for me is the benefits on my keto diet. It keeps my electrolytes topped up (sodium, potassium, magnesium, trace minerals), so I have noticeably more steady energy between meals, I feel way more hydrated overall, and I haven’t had any leg cramps since starting it. I have these on subscription as I love them that much! I have POTS and these have been a godsend! It really gives me a boost to energy and hydration. I usually start my day with one and I can truly say most days I feel great the entire day! Comes in a big pouch but each pack is individual so good to take on the go. I gave them to my friends on a marathon and even they attested to how good it made them feel. It does have a lot of sodium which I need for my diagnosis. You get used to the taste, it's not unbearable plus the flavor helps. Highly effective and I honestly can't say enough good things about it! Better than any other electrolyte replacement on the market and I've tried them all!!

So good! I have POTS and also have a lot of food intolerances and I was so happy to find this brand. I got the watermelon flavor and it is so good. I also love how it comes in packets so I can carry them around in my purse. It is super salty, so if you don’t like very salty drinks, this is definitely not for you. I am excited to try new flavors.

I love adding this to my morning cuppa along with some collagen and butter (using a frother blends everything nicely). It makes it not only tasty (no too salty) but also gives me much needed magnesium, potassium, and sodium. And no junk! no colors, no sugar (it is sweetened with stevia). We have tried other flavors that various family members enjoy as well. The electrolytes are packaged in handy sticks for an on-the-go boost (I need to use scissors to open mine). If you have restless sleep, leg cramps, or tend to be dehydrated, this is a great way to get those needed electrolytes. I have heard they may be adding a chocolate peanut butter flavor - I cannot wait to try it.

Pros: Satisfying chocolate flavor and works really well hot, which is exactly what I was looking for. I struggle drinking tropical fruity water in the winter, so this does the trick. Appreciate that it's one of the more affordable options. Cons: Actually a little too sweet for my liking. The level of magnesium is pretty high, so have to be a bit careful with stomach upset.

I purchased this because my dad's VA doctor it would help with my cramping. At night I get really bad cramping in my hands my feet and my legs and since using this one time a day is all it takes my cramping has ceased it so far is the only brand I found the highest amount of sodium potassium and magnesium I highly recommend it even other hydration issues I use 20 oz of water because it is a little salty but it's not bad at all got a great flavor.

Pretty decent flavor, excellent for keeping hydrated year round. When not using the chocolate flavors in my coffee, this is my go to! Packets are easily tossed in a bag, purse or even your pocket for on the go hydration! Healthy, non sugar option if you aren't a great fan of plain water all the time.

these are tasty. high sodium content but not salty tasting. i dont really subscribe to any particular drink powder advertising claims. i just know that humans need water...and there are a multitude of flavors and and and even greater multitude of additives in them...some good for you, some less good for you. these have less of the exotic, weird things, and really are quite good. they mix well, not a lot of clumps with just mild swirling...tho i do use a milk frother for most mixes (they are cheap and work great for this). i might buy again, but i also like the caramel (pronounced carmel), the berry, and the grapefruit versions too. close to a $1 a serving, and i mix them into 30oz of water.

It taste good and dissolves well, cant really comment on how well it hydrates but it seems to help

Great flavour

I enjoy the lime flavor. The magnesium chloride really helps when I'm backed up and gets things in the digestive tract moving. The sodium content is enough to help with my orthostatic intolerance. Although I mix it in a litter of water and add a tsp of salt since I need 5gr of sodium supplement daily. my biggest problem is with the packets. they're very hard to tear open. it's also a bit expensive. otherwise it's a good product.

Very salty electrolyte powder. I thought it would taste more "chocolatey" haha. The ratio and strength of potassion-sodium-magnesium is excellent for someone with POTS so I've been trying to find ways to make it work. So far this is great added to a morning nut butter or cocoa based smoothie. I can get away with it in a chocolate protein drink but I had to work up the amount added to get used to the taste (or use a lot of liquid to dilute it). I would still highly recommend this product. It is more concentrated with fewer additives vs all of the other brands I've researched or tried. Perhaps a fruity flavour will be easier to hide.
