Got this as a gift for family aftwr using one of the other models. They are very happy with it and said it was the best joint of meat they had cooked and make it so easy to do. Battery life on these thermometers is usually good and its easy to clean after use. Temperature and cooking guid is very handy and tge appnisneasy to use
