Tastes great
The sugar tastes great in cakes but wouldn’t use it for anything else. This is a health benefit for me as it’s lower in histamine than granulated. Bit pricey for the size of bag though.

Sugar has set into one huge clump in the bag
Most of the sugar in the bag had set into one huge clump. I can’t even break most of it up so a lot of the sugar is unusable. The sugar has clearly been stored somewhere damp. Whoever picked the order has not been bothered. No value for money.

I was looking for good quality brown sugar and after a lot of google research and Amazon reviews i finally decided to buy this so bought 2 packets of 500 gms for 325 each and since then made so many cookies, flavour is very nice. I wish they had 5 kg options also as being a baker it becomes expensive to buy 6 packets of brown sugar every month. Hopefully they will start 5 kg packs too.
