Great part
Works exactly as it should. Saved me from having to replace my Dell XPS 13 for now. The left hinge on my laptop had broke and severed some wires on the original part, such that I could plug the laptop in but it wouldn't charge. This took about 20 minutes to replace and everything is working again. You can find tutorials for replacement on YouTube. It's not hard as long as you're patient and you make sure you don't lose any screws or forget to reconnect anything to the motherboard. Also be careful not to damage any of the ribbon cables.

If it were any more of a life saver, I'd roll it and sell it as candy 30 years ago.
Expensive laptop + rambunctious toddler = busted cord hole. Enter ifixit and the GinTai DC power jack for the Dell XPS 13! 15 minutes of disassembly, 2 minutes of installation, and 15 minutes of reassembly and IT WORKS LIKE MAGIC--or at least lik new. Saved my bacon.

Product is temporary
This product is really good for the first couple of months or years but you’ll have to replace the port again after a while bc it’s cheap and so it’s a cheap product. A couple days ago my laptop stopped charging and I figured it was the cable and so I bought a new one but the cable was still not charging the laptop so I opened it to find that the product had melted 🤔. As a result, I needed to repurchase and reinstall a new port. It’s not here yet and it was delayed on shipping but hopefully it works !

XPS 13 9360 exact replacement
This product is an exact match for the original charging port in my XPS 13 laptop. I had the dreaded charger can't be identified and not charging problem. I replaced the worn out battery and then replaced this port. It didn't fix the problem but that wasn't the fault of this item. I purchased a USB-C charger and that solved my problem. I give this 5 stars for being the right replacement and making it easy to install.

did the trick
Did the trick, a little effort required and knowledge to install but worked right away. Unfortunately, didn't completely fix the issue I was experiencing with my laptop but wasn't an issue with this product. Working fine and great price.

Worked ok, not as high quality as OEM
compared to the OEM part for my dell xps 13 the cord was longer so it was necessary to bunch it up in the small space available. This made it difficult to fit the back cover. The original part also had a much better strain relief on the back. This appears to have simply wires soldered on with shirk wrap. It did fix my computer and is functioning as intended so far.
