So far I’ve tried the citrus, raspberry & watermelon and I like them all. I feel like the flavor profile is good and you can adapt the strength by adding more or less water. I’m a little leery of the grape - it makes me think of the “bug juice” (cheap institutional version of Kool-Aid) that we used to make at Girl Scout Camp. LOL If anyone can comment on the grape, I’d love to hear what you think. I have used both the individual packets and the tubs. I’m fine with both - no issues with caking, etc. Obviously the packets are easier for travel, purse, etc. but the tubs are more cost-effective. I just try to think about how I’ll be using it in the near-future when I determine which to buy. The scoop us small enough that I can get it into repurposed kombucha bottles without incident (I prefer to drink out of glass, even if I’m hiking). I do think it would have been nice to have a multi-flavor pack to taste when you’re test-driving them, especially given the cost investment. However, I’m happy with them, so not a big issue. I tried some other brands with monk fruit because my Mom HATES stevia & I was trying to encourage her to use it. While I like monk fruit (a.k.a. lo han guo for fellow Chinese herb nerds), I did NOT enjoy the taste of those other brands at all and I felt that the quality of ingredients was definitely lacking in comparison. While I can easily guzzle Superieur electrolytes down, the other brands made me a little more hesitant to drink - totally defeating the purpose. I also found when fasting this product did not seem to break my fast, but that is individualized, so you’d have to see how you respond. I did not monitor blood sugar or ketones, I can just say that I seem to do fine drinking the Superieur electrolytes as long as I stick to one or two servings in a day. Our water is horrible, so I often use the ZeroWater filter and add the electrolytes to make up for stripping everything out. Overall this is a thumbs up from me. Look for the Subscribe & Save Option if you want to save a little money & you’re not in a rush. There seem to be a lot of different listings, so dig around until you find your preferred format & flavor. It’s worth it. In do think this saved my keister on a 95-degree wildflower walk that was supposed to be 90 min & wound up being 4 hours! I was among the least wilted, despite regretting not carrying more water.

Really good, although fresh citrus >>> watermelon and blueberry lime. Note that this has a much higher ratio of potassium to sodium, compared to other powders I looked at, and it's pretty low on sodium (their website says this has the same ratio as spinach). This is probably better in general (Americans eat too much sodium and not enough potassium) but probably less good specifically for very intense and sweaty workout recovery, since sweat is mostly sodium. (I think)

I've been taking these electrolytes for over a year. The ingredients are superior to any other electrolytes on the market and price is reasonable for what you get. It provides a good source of sodium and potassium, although I don't think it has any magnesium. The taste is great and it comes with 70 servings per container. I also add these electrolytes to my grass-fed gelatin, which makes a nice healthy desert after a meal. It mixes easily and is colorless.

Excellent electrolyte drink my husband will drink every day. We've had the citrus and grape and like both flavors. Nice that there is no stevia! This mixes just fine if you mix it in a glass (we always mix it in room temp water and then refrigerate) before transferring to your water bottle. What you need to do is add the powder slowly while continually whisking the water with a small whisk. NEVER have any clumping using this method. I mix enough to fill a 32 oz. mason jar so it's ready in the fridge when we need it. Just give it a gentle swirl to evenly disperse before filling your water bottle. Really love this product and hope they never change it.

I’ve ordered this twice and I love them but several of the packets are crystallized and while that doesn’t bother me, it’s the fact that the packets that are crystallized taste moldy or like there’s been moisture inside and they’ve gone bad. I just don’t use those now but heads up, don’t drink the ones that are hard, they taste like they’ve gone bad even though the exp date is 10 months out.

I love the taste! This is by far my favorite electrolyte powder.
