Perfect for a full nights sleep. User for over5 years. Recommend for a full nights sleep. I use the 50mg every now get for 5years with the same great results.

60mg of Nothing
this did absolutely nothing besides give me a headache. i use Melatonin products from time to time and the sleep process begins with even 5mg doses for me. This did nothing. Tried 1 pill first night and despite being tired, hours passed and i was still awake. Nights later I tried 2 pills, still nothing, no influence on initiating sleep cycle. This allures the buyer with MAX 60 MG DOSE!!! but has nothing to offer
