Nice product,good picture quality and during video call audio video is very nice.. One problem which I found is to put it on desktop and laptop screen ..not good grip..it does not fix properly without external support..

Note: Reviewed after 20 days of usage. Usage: Office Meetings. (Mostly in google meet - Optimized light with background) Camera Clarity: I would rate it 5/5 since it offers great clarity even in low light conditions with decent price. (attached pics taken at 8 PM in artificial lighting) Mic clarity: 3/5. Others sometimes complain about low volume. Appearance: 4/5. It looked great without the privacy cover (Which is given separately). Stability: 4/5. Mostly stable. Stand: Can be improved. Initially it would move/bend forward sometimes when monitor was adjusted. I now have the cable through the cable management system and it is now stable. It also doesn't get on the screen barely blocking 5 pixels (picture attached).

I bought this on December 25. Before purchasing, I was a bit unsure about the camera quality, but after receiving it, I’m fully satisfied. The 1920×1080 resolution is truly native, with excellent sharpness and good lighting performance. However, the inbuilt noise-cancellation microphone is not up to the mark based on my video recording tests. We also have a iso/Brightness adjustment option for low lighting scenarios Last- a true 1080p camera from my review I don't know about brand service and warranty claim process but till now you should go for it.

Great quality webcam for 1899. Image quality and streaming is fine for 1080 30 fps but the clamp is horrible. Keeps moving even with slightest touch. Better with desktop because of less inputs but laptop may need some jugaad to keep the clamp in place. Should have some spring sort of mechanism. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Really good video quality. No lagging whatsoever. Worth the money for this price . Excellent for zoom meetings . Easy to install. Product feels good to touch and feels premium

1. Loose grip, if I even just a little shake the laptop it fells. 2. Bad light adjustment 3. Literally very bad packing for this expensive product 4. Very fragile cable, atleast use braided cable at this rate 5. Mic not good

Très bonne webcam pour les visioconférences et le télétravail. La qualité 4K est nette et fluide, l’autofocus PDAF garde l’image toujours bien piquée, même en changeant légèrement de position. Les micros à réduction de bruit offrent un son clair et sans souffle, idéal pour les appels professionnels. L’installation est extrêmement simple (Plug&Play) et la webcam est immédiatement reconnue sous Windows. Le cache de confidentialité apporte un vrai plus pour la discrétion quand la caméra n’est pas utilisée. Je l'ai achetée avec le trépied pour pouvoir faire des présentations professionnelles.

I teach online music lessons so it's imperative that I have a working webcam, so I bought this as a backup for the Logi camera I mainly use. If this had been available when I bought the Logi I would have only purchased this one! The price is amazingly low, the quality is amazingly high, the quality of the microphone is better than the Logi but it's also 5 years newer than my Logi webcam. I love the privacy flap -- I did have to install it because it's easier for them to ship with it not installed (or they began adding it after the packaging was already designed) but it was easy. Every web-cam should come with such a privacy device that easy and quick to engage. The quality is excellent, the software that you need to install works very well. Plug the camera in and you're ready to go -- the software isn't actually needed for use with Zoom or other online video-conferencing software but it does give us a degree of control for local use if we wish, such as for recording videos in our offices.
