A bit larger than Temptations Cat Treats or IAMS hard cat food. Not exactly soft or moist but can be crumbled. Cat thought they smelled tempting when whole, but they were too big for cat to eat. When crumbled, cat would not touch them, so I think that breaking them apart might have released a medicine smell. Not a success for us, but at this price way cheaper and less invasive than giving her shots. Definitely worth the attempt.

I have two cats I was giving this to. One cat refuses to eat it, but that's not surprising given that he is an EXTREMELY fussy cat. The other doesn't mind it at all and when we first started he was inhaling them. Sometimes they are a bit harder so I do break them up with my fingers to make sure it's a size for the cats. Smell isn't too bad at all. My only complaint about this product is sometimes the "treats" are really hard or soft and there is not a consistent texture for these.

My old kitty who will be 21 years old in a couple of months is on this, as well Dasuquin and Cannapet capsules for osteoarthritis. He was doing ok until I added this to the mix. Now he runs like a kitten some days so I know this is making a difference for him. This supplement is a great treat when you first open the bag but shortly after they turn rock hard... thus the 4 stars. **What I do is grind up the whole bag at one time (first take out the silica pack!) then Each day, I mix in a pinch or two of this with his wet food and he eats it fine. Trust me, the ingredients in this supplement are worth the effort because it really makes a difference. This should just come in a powered form. Sometimes I also grind in some treats with it (dehydrated Salmon) and my cat goes crazy for it!
