Yummy baby artichokes
I love those quartered baby artichokes. They are tender and delicious addition to my daily salad. And artichokes are a healthy choice. It’s part of the Mediterranean diet.

Best dang artichokes I've ever had. No tough leaves.. Even the stems are tender.

Artichoke Dip Yum
They sent the wrong item at first but they resolved it. I love the taste of this! We made artichoke dip with it and it was so good!

INEDIBLE!
An utter failure in taste and texture. They are horrible out of the can, and were not improved in the least by grilling, pureeing into dip or soup, pan-frying in butter, or chopping into pasta salad. I opened 14 cans thru experimenting, and had to throw out 100% of results. The rest of the cans met the same fate - the garbage dump. Totally wasted money. Stupid me. This product should be against the law!!

Sad all around
Been buying artichoke bottoms for years. These were small and tasteless and several cans are dented. Likely drought issues. Just wish the farmers were getting as much an Amazon.

Excellent
On Subscribe and Save these are a very good value. They are very tasty and surprisingly not very salty at all. I rinse them off as a rule, but they really don't need it. I like just snacking on them instead of sweets, each can (not each serving--each CAN)is 90 calories, can't beat that. You can really tell the difference between brands when, as I needed to do, I had to use up one can of another brand in my pantry to add to the three cans of Cento I was using in a recipe. I noticed that many of the outer leaves were tougher and more fibrous, inedible. Cento brand artichokes are tender. I like them in salads and on top of homemade pizzas. I noticed that each 'quarter' is sliced at the perfect size to use as is in salads and on pizza. Sometimes the quarters are bulkier and I have to cut them in half to use them. This is ready to go. I also appreciate the pull-tab opening, no can opener to dig out of the drawer. I have placed a second order to keep them handy.

Delicious!
These are the prize at the end of eating a whole artichoke. Certo brand has a good reputation and these are no exception. I'd suggest soaking them in water, with or without salt, to remove the "canned" flavor.
