Authentic recipes. This is a very small book and has very limited offerings. There are lovely photos of every dish.

Great short cookbook with many recipes just like we had over in Spain!The rest of them in the series are just as good. They don't take up a lot of space on the shelves and make it an easy to go to for recipes.

I've made several recipes from this cookbook. Easy to follow and I received many compliments on the taste! The food in here will take you to Spain.

You must buy all of the Best of cook books, they are all great and small so they do not take up much space in the kitchen.

A Plus. Very Pleased. Good for the Non-Cooker of anyone's family, or friend. Great for children as well. Thank You.
