For a healthy white bread, this is great! Doesn’t taste like cardboard. I enjoy a nice soft white bread and this checks the boxes! It is pricy.

This bread is so good. Buy it. Life changed. Gluten usually crashes me so I've gone gluten free, but this is totally tolerable. Likely low glycemic index due to wheat starch vs. flour being main ingredient, and high fiber content greatly aids digestion. It tastes so good. Maybe even a tad savory? Texture is impeccable. I'll be paying the price for this bread moving forward. Only downfall is priciness.

Great product for keto diet. The only Keto bread I have ever tried that tastes and feels like real bread. LOW net carbs. Minimal impact on blood sugar.

This bread came very quickly, less than 3 days. It was packed very well. It had interior cardboard reinforcement to prevent the 4 loaves from being crushed, and it worked perfectly. The box was extra heavy duty to also protect the bread. For a keto bread with 0 net carbs, this is actually pretty good bread. Not San Francisco sourdough, but I can now have a toast now and then and a sandwich now and then. If you are on a keto diet, this is really great bread, and it tastes pretty good too
