Seems to be working in right direction. Find out next Dr appointment. Legs seem to improve and not as tired In early evening. I take it mid morning with orange juice and later around supper with vegitible juices (the green one)

I dont know but iam having irregular periods after eating this.

Very satisfied with this product, I've been using for sometime. I donate blood on a regular basis. And sometimes my iron levels have been on the low side for a male to donate blood. And since I've been using this product, my iron are mid-range now.
