Excellent product.

Its a really wonderful product. Its for a very very specific use case, as an author / publisher this is really incredible but I would not recommend it for people seeing it as an ipad alternative. Its a fantastic ecosystem. Very happy.

Very nice product for writing and making notes

The seller sent a used product with a defective screen. The product was already unboxed and everything was scattered.The set was sold as new, but what I received was an open box item. The box for the pen, the folio, and the tablet had been opened.

Product is good for all aspects. But the battery life committed by company is false. If I do full charge and use for average 4 hours continuous usage with wifi.. this reduce drastically to less than 10% from cent percent.. better put the right statement when mention in the specs

Writing comfort, the interface and pen holding plus the case itself are all very well done. I really like thr color implementation though it does not flow as fluid as the black text, so watch some reviews if that’s a concern. But in the base use you don’t scroll the screen so it is not a problem for me. Battery is good but with wifi the two weeks is a stretch target, I can use it for a few days as heavy user. But usb-c is every now so charging is simple. Very nice tool to increase productivity, 5 stars.

Su sistema de gestión es malísimo, tiene una lentitud impresionante y su velocidad de respuesta al contacto es imprecisa. Mientras no utilices los colores no notaras parpadeos como si se trabara o pasmara su pantalla. Pero por eso se compró. La sensación de escritura en buena pero nada comparado con lo real. Los PDF no se guardan en donde los dejaste, se retoman la página principal si los cierras, todo lo tienes que cerrar para moverte dentro del sistema, y no sería un problema si fluyera sin parpadeos como si se pasmara el sistema. Nada recomendable Conviene un iPad. La compré el 5 de noviembre de 2024 y todas las puntillas se han desgastado muchísimo y no hago demasiada presión, pero si quiero el mejor tacto, tengo ahora que comprar repuestos en menos de 5 meses. Sus puntas comienzan a achatarse y ya no se escribe de la misma manera que cuando son nuevas.

I Bought this for my husband ‘s birthday. He’s an engineer and made mention of how he had been dreaming about this device, and how handy it would be for work a few months ago. He The device arrived on December 16th, he unboxed the tablet, read through each manual provided in the packaging, and reviewed all the accessories that came with the device. While familiarizing himself with the tablet, an update prompt appeared on the screen. He clicked on the update tile and then his screen went black. There was no mention or notification to have the device plugged in while the update was taking place. The screen was just unresponsive, so he decided to plug it in (even though the device arrived fully charged with 100% battery life) The amount of time he actively spent on the device before the update prompt appeared was approximately 15min. It is now December 17th, the device has been plugged in overnight for 12 hours since it went dark. There is no visible change, the screen is still black and backlit, meaning that the device is on yet completely unresponsive. We had to scour the internet for clues on what was going on, read through countless Reddit posts in hopes of finding a solution. At this point, the only solution is to return this poor quality tablet that is commanding an extremely bloated price. The frustration I feel towards this device that is not only expensive, but is apparently already faulty fresh out of the package is anger inducing! To actively be on a brand new device for only 15min and have it malfunction and become completely unusable is absolutely ridiculous. This is the first tech device we have ever experienced this with, and my husband and I are very much into technological devices. THIS WAS A WASTE MONEY!
