El proveedor es muy responsable... cuando ensamble el producto me faltaban varios tornillos y tuercas . Escribi al proveedor y de inmediato me resolvio el problema. En cuanto a la calidad del producto puede decir que es bien robusto. Para el precio me esperaba un area principal de coccion mas grande. Aun no la he usado pero considero que todo va a salir bien

Haven’t gotten to use the smoker yet, but it feels cheap. The bolts break apart just using a screw driver. The gasket it came with was ripped in half. I had to drill away some of the smoker just to get bolts to fit. Just burning a small fire in it smoke leaks all around the door. I’d give it two stars but I’m putting three because the bottle opener didn’t fail me when I needed it most. Disappointing to say the least.

This cooker was given as a gift. The gift had to be put together, no problem. Only the directions were very poor. Steps to be done were not there, it was written with assumptions that you had no idea about. Person was pleased that the wheels were metal. They have not cocked with it yet as they just received.
