This is aGreat product. I just started two days ago. First day I drank a cup around 12 in the day and woke up around 4 in the morning. It cleaned me out. Next day I had a cup around 6 in the afternoon and it worked early morning so my sleep was not disrupted. I am on GLP1 and this helped me deal with constipation too. Best part is this does not cause diarrhea! It doesn’t upset stomach all day. It is kind of expensive for 20 tea bags but worth it.

Listen, when U GOTTA GO?!? U GOTTA GO! Let's keep it real everyone, WE ALL DO! Sometimes it's all good and sometimes we all need a bit of help. That's where this fantastic tea comes in to help out in this situation. It's EXCELLENT and ALWAYS WORKS! Even for purposes of regular cleanse from time to time....it's AWESOME! I been using it for about 5 or 6 years now, so believe U Me....ITS THE BEST!!! Love....

The taste wasn’t so bad, the product gives off very relaxing but you do tend to go to the bathroom , it’s not so harsh on your stomachs , so no pain . I want to say I use this when I really struggled to go and went easy after taking it and felt great after . Good quality tea . Add a tiny bit of milk and sugar !

I use this at least once a month to help with a nice cleanse to my system. The taste is mild and with the cost of other cleanse products this one is quick and a value. If you use it more than once in a week it may cause cramps. It functions as it advertises, it is organic and not to strong to upset your system and does not take a week.
