Ho acquistato questo tè matcha con un po’ di curiosità e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative. La qualità si percepisce già dal colore: un verde brillante e intenso, segno di un prodotto fresco e ben lavorato. Il gusto è davvero piacevole: delicato ma allo stesso tempo deciso, con quella tipica nota leggermente erbacea e cremosa che ci si aspetta da un buon matcha. Non è amaro come altri che ho provato in passato, soprattutto se preparato correttamente. Si sente che è un prodotto di fascia alta. La preparazione è semplicissima: basta sciogliere la polvere in acqua calda (non bollente) e mescolare bene. Io utilizzo un piccolo frullino o una frusta, e in pochi secondi si ottiene una bevanda liscia, senza grumi. Si presta benissimo anche per latte matcha, smoothie o dolci. Un altro punto a favore è l’effetto energizzante: dà una carica graduale e duratura, senza il nervosismo tipico del caffè. Perfetto per iniziare la giornata o per un momento di relax durante il pomeriggio. La confezione è pratica e richiudibile, mantiene bene la freschezza del prodotto. In conclusione, lo consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un matcha di qualità, sia per chi è alle prime armi sia per chi è già appassionato. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!
