2.5L Water-based Limewash Effect Wall Paint - No.270, Soft Mid Grey, 11m2/L Coverage, Fast-Drying, Low Odour, Infinitely Recyclable Tin, Made in UK

I had been looking for a limewash effect paint for a while, and this paint had no reviews at the time but I decided to take a gamble. The colour didn't look quite right when I opened it so I wasn't sure how it would look. I was hoping for a slightly more orange colour but it's very hard to choose colours online as every phone shows them slightly differently. Once this paint was on the wall though it was great! I painted a warm white colour on the wall to create an even base, then rollered a layer of this paint on. I then used a wide flat brush to do the second layer, creating criss crosses across the wall. The paint is a perfect consistency and went on the wall really easily. It is perfect for what I wanted and I would buy again.

NOTHING like the colour shown in the images. The colour is gold. Very yellow no brown tones in it at all.

Its okay.... I would say it's a lot lighter than on the tin and has a sky bluish tone to it? It looks more mint green. Its hard to see in the photo as camera dulls the colours. But it took 3 coats to give the right effect but wishing it was a the same darker sage green colour as on tin/listing hence 3*

Absolutely horrid, we need to use the primer or it will instant dry and give no coverage.The paint is blue my grey not green. Everyone who tell its green disagreesSo disappointed with results wish i never spent this much

First coat looks awful and you’d be concerned it hasn’t worked at all. But with a second coat following the instructions, and a third coat/touch up in places, the effect is amazing. The texture is excellent and creates a very custom bespoke look. Totally worth the (perceived) high cost of the product. Highly recommended!

Product is called beige lime wash and once I have applied it, it is sage green.dissapointed as it cost alot of money and in can't return as i have opened and used the tin
