If you only have a 12 gallon fuel tank is it ok to put the entire can in the tank?

BG 44K is a concentrated...and expensive product. The can treats 20 gallons of gasoline. Fill the tank and put half of the 44K in. 6 months later-repeat.

Are the dates expired like so many others?

I have been using this product for over 35 years, and never had a expiration issue. It’s top of the line system for cleaning out the fuel system. Just know one can will treat 17.5 gallons of gas per can, and definitely use a high octane gas too. The increased heat from burning the higher octane works to heat the combustion process in your engine, After you use the product, you will notice much better MPG, and your engine will idle, and run much smoother. I can honestly say that once you try this product, you will be a believer like myself. Don

Is it safe for Diesel engines

I have only used it for gas engines and can not recommend it for diesel. My guess is that they made a product that is made for diesel.

Is bg44k good for motorcles like Harley Davidson? If so what iversion of 44k is best for motorcycles?

Yes it works very good for motorcycles. I would buy the plastic bottles because each bottle treats 20 gallons and you'll be able to use part of a bottle and then screw the cap back on and seal it till you use it again. BG 44k platinum is the newest version of the 44k. If it is not platinum then it is not the newest product.
