I have no complaints it works for what I needed it for. I will say it is low, so for older or disabled people not recommended. It’s comfortable and seats two people comfortably. So comfortable I could fall asleep sitting up in it. I feel it works very well in a zen setting.

Item is not as pictured. Will not fully expand after waiting the suggested 72 hours, shaking and patting and following the instructions. Sofa is still flat and does not reach the height and cushion level as shown. Do not buy. Trying to figure out how to return item that was sent vacuum sealed in small box..not happy at all with this purchase after spending way too much money

Very comfortable

Great chair. Bought it to make a small reading space in our bedroom! Fluffed up straight out the box! Debating on getting a second one. Or getting the love seat and giving my daughter this one for her room! Either way, I see a second one in my future!

I bought this sofa because of the advertised "Ergonomic Comfort Design" and claims that it supports neck, back, lumbar, hips, and legs. All false! I tried reaching out but got a ridiculous response. Tried again, but no response.

It doesn’t look like the picture. It is extremely low to the floor. Supposed to be 29” high. Height is 26”. Way overpriced.
