A big breakthrough for getting this into my daily routine was figuring out how to drink/eat it. I tried coffee, oatmeal, etc and it was honestly disgusting. Then I tried dissolving it in broth and wow! It is nourishing and delicious in chicken, beef, or veggie broth and seems to process super well.

Easy to add to tea, juices, etc., meaning it dissolves quickly. I also put the collagen in Greek yogurt. I have been using the product only two months and can see an improvement in the skin on my arms; it is not as crepey, is well hydrated, and has a youthful plumpness.

I’ve tried several collagen brands, and this one stands out for its purity and texture. It is nice little size. It mixes easily into coffee or smoothies without clumping and doesn’t have any strong taste or smell. The fact that it’s organic gives me more confidence in the quality. I’ve noticed smoother skin and less joint stiffness after consistent use. Also my stomach doesn't feel upset like others brands. Definitely worth buying again.
