Well coming to my experience I have PCOS, so I tend to put on weight easily. During past month I had a leg injury which restricted my movement and gained some weight. I took 1 capsule a day after breakfast and followed up with light free hand exercises. Too my surprise in 45 days I had lost close to 4 kgs, but even better was the loose fat near my tummy and back had vanished. As for me this worked like a boon and I would definitely recommend it to my peers.

Not at all useful
I started these pills 2 weeks back. I am taking those twice a day. It didn't help me at all. I couldn't lose single gram in 2 weeks. It's totally waste of money.

No weight-loss, nothing!!
It says it helps to reduce weight, but i used it for two months and don't see even a slightest change.... Big waste of money.... Horrible experience!!

Works well in PCOD weight loss
My sister had PCOD issue because of which she gained lot of weight recently. Even after doing dieting and exercises she was not able to lose weight. She tired this skinny chick and have been getting good results so far. In one week she is able to lose around 2.5kgs and around 1 inches around her waist. She also consumed Nofat supplement and followed the diet suggestions that came along and overall it has worked great so far.
