I have been searching for a fluoride-free remineralizing toothpaste to replace Spry which is weak on the remineralization side. Boka is good, but mint Nudge is my new favorite: great taste, xylitol, and 10% of rod shaped nano-hydroxyapatite at a reasonable price.

I love it! My teeth had become super sensitive likely due to eating ferments and possibly a whitening toothpaste (although advertised as non-abrasive). Within a few days of use the sensitivity was noticeably improved and now, a few weeks later, all sensitivity has resolved. Prior to use I'd recently had a couple of older filling replaced and Nudge use 2-3 times/day resolved that sensitivity too. I am so very happy with this product. The mint is refreshing but not too strong so my mouth doesn't burn after use. After brushing my teeth, gums, inner cheeks my mouth has a lasting clean feel and I don't wake up with super dry mouth in the night like I did previously.

I hated brushing my teeth for 30 years till i found this. I hate all other toothpastes. This one is actually amazing. tastes good, flouride free, and doesn't have harmful chemicals. This is the delicious and healthiest toothpaste I ever used.

Short version I really want to give this thing 2 - 3 stars because I’m a little peeved about the fact that they changed their formula. But …. it’s still one of the better hydroxyapatite options we’ve tried on Amazon for the price so I’m giving it 4 stars. Long version After trying many many different hydroxyapatite toothpaste options on Amazon, this is the one my kids chose hands-down. They loved the texture and the taste. It was this really cool gel, like a clear gel (not paste) which we thought was awesome and as we tried other toothpastes they keep asking for this one. The benefits being that it was made in the USA also and it was supposed to contain 10% hydroxyapatite (although it doesn’t say so on the bottle, they promised that they’re gonna be adding it to the tube in the future). So after we pretty much decided that this was our “go to” toothpaste, and started ordering regularly, it all of a sudden I got a batch that was completely different!! No longer did they advertise “made in the USA” and it seems the formulation changed. Now it was a paste and no longer gel. I was really kind of peeved about that because I thought I found the perfect toothpaste finally. And that’s why I wanted to give it a lower score. But in the end, even though the kids were a little bit bummed about the texture change, they still prefer this one to the other toothpastes. And most other toothpaste are also made in China and the ones that aren’t are a lot more expensive so… For the price, (assuming that it is 10% hydroxyapatite which they advertise on Amazon) I’m still gonna go with this one. And if they hadn’t changed their formula, I would’ve given it 5 stars.

...if this stuff works? All I know it's $10 cheaper than what my dentist recommended. The consistency is different than traditional toothpaste, and taste is not bad. I'm thinking I'll continue using it, if my dentist notices a difference when I go back. But if the change is on the inside, how will they even know. I've gotten along without it for 50 years, and I would have better teeth now if I would have taken better care of them when I was younger, and not chewed on hard candy. Time will tell if I continue shelling out money for this.
