Blue Bottle’s Whole Bean Organic Espresso is easily one of the best dark roasts I’ve ever tried. The beans are fresh, aromatic, and brew a smooth, rich shot with no bitterness. I use it with our Breville espresso machine, and it never disappoints. The crema is perfect, and the flavor is consistently bold and balanced. Highly recommend for anyone who takes their espresso seriously.

The flavor is smooth and well-balanced, with subtle nutty notes and no bitterness. You honestly wouldn’t guess it’s decaf. The beans arrive fresh, grind easily, and brew beautifully well. I also appreciate that they use a chemical-free decaffeination process and maintain organic quality. While the price is a bit higher, the taste and quality make it worth it. If you’re looking for a premium decaf that doesn’t compromise on flavor, this is an excellent choice.

I received two bags with an expiration date sticker, but not a roast date. I'd expect this from grocery store coffee, but not blue bottle at $16 per bag. I highly recommend trying Partner's Flatiron coffee instead - they roast and ship your order the or next day after you place the order, and the espresso is amazing regardless of your setup (I've used both Breville and La Marzocco machines). If you live in NYC, you will likely receive the order within 2 days.

Such a great coffe company, I really love the bright floral and citrus flavors. I have been using this coffee daily for a few weeks now. It was nice to get the bulck pack as well
