Really happy with this product! I’ve used simethicone in the past for gas relief, but I wanted something more natural. Suwasthi Gas Relief Pro works just as well for me, and I love that it’s made with herbs like cumin, ginger, and spearmint instead of synthetic ingredients. Easy to take and really effective for bloating and digestion.

Strong herbal taste. Haven't noticed much difference after taking these for a few days.

I do feel that this might be effective, it is hard to tell because I forget to take before a meal. I do feel it might aid in digestion! The taste is STRONG like Indian herbs and spices...shouldn't be surprised by that considering the ingredients though. I prefer to eat a bite of something after I swallow these to get the taste out of my mouth. Easy to swallow capsules. Seems like a good brand with quality ingredients.

These capsules have the unmistakable odor of asafoetida. If you're unfamiliar with that smell, let me tell you a story. In my youth, I used to work in a health food store that sold herbs and spices in bulk. Some of us liked to prank our coworkers by holding up the big asafoetida powder jar and inviting them to take a whiff. It's a "distinctive" smell. Anyway, I have found these capsules to be helpful if I've overeaten or have eaten something which makes me particularly gaseous. The serving size on the label is one, but I have to take two for it to be effective. They're therefore not the best value cost-wise, I would say. But they do work, gently.

I've been using this a few days. I am taking a medication that can cause indigestion/bloating. This doesn't seem to be helping. Not sure if that's because the issues are from medication vs just because I'm eating fibery food? (I've been eating less since starting the medication to help prevent issues even.) They haven't caused any new issues or made things worse tho. Going to try them a few more days and will update this review if anything changes.

I’ve been on these for about a week and haven’t noticed any obvious improvements, but I haven’t experienced any negative side effects either. I have a lot of stomach issues, so it may just take longer for me to see improvement. My biggest struggle with these is that I’m very bad with eating, I don’t have planned mealtimes, so I’m unable to follow the recommendation of 30 minutes before meals. Maybe I’d have better luck if I did, but it’s just not feasible for me. Between that and the price ($46.54) I doubt I’ll order it again.

I've been taking 1 pill first thing in the morning and one before eating dinner for about 2 weeks now, and so far, I feel like my digestion improved. The pills are easy to swallow, but there's a minty/peppermint after taste. So far I haven't felt any side effects nor discomfort.

This is a 30 day supply of gas relief capsules since you take one, twice daily. Each capsule is filled with spices and ingredients that help naturally subside gas and bloating. You take each capsule 30 minutes, with warm water, before a meal. I typically have issues with taking capsules on an empty stomach, but this product doesn't bother me. Is this a proactive way to stop gas? If so, how do I know if it did. I will say I haven't had a gassy episode any of the times that I took this product. I like the full transparency provided by the manufacturer from India. I feel safe taking this product. Is it worth $1.60 each day? I suppose if it means I don't have gas, that seems like a no brainer.
