VTech Brilliant Baby Laptop

Very well made. Lots of different sounds and music. My granddaughter loved it. And she likes to open and close it, too.

We got this laptop for baby when the baby wouldn’t leave my hubby’s laptop while he was working. It has two volume settings which is great. Baby loves playing with mouse. It has multiple play options like rhymes, quizzes and shapes and animal sounds. Very easy for little people to use with their tiny fingers. Value for money.

Perfect for babies who love electronics. My 8 month old is obsessed with my computer, the mouse and remote control, but we don’t allow her to play with those. I decided to get her a baby laptop. She was thrilled the moment she saw it. I like the bright colors ( i chose red), and the lights are not overly bright ( too bright is my pet peeve with children’s electronic toys). Unfortunately, the sounds get really annoying, but it is a children’s toy...so that’s expected. And sound has two loudness options and can be turned off. Laptop is thick, looks durable and my daughter really likes it. Overall, i would purchase this laptop all over again. We supervise her playing at all times and watching carefully that she won’t slam the lid on her tiny fingers.

Honestly the best thing I bought for my baby is very entertaining and instructive.

I ordered this because my 8-month-old grandson always wanted to play with my laptop. It's a little bulky for him to manage completely on his own, so he sits in our laps or in front of us on the floor and we help hold onto it. He will open and shut, open and shut the case over and over again, and he wiggles when he hears the music play. He's figuring out that the buttons make noises, but at this point he just wants to hear and feel the smack of hitting them. I can see him getting a lot of use out of this once he realizes he can make the buttons do things, and later when he can "answer" the prompts. I was afraid he'd pinch his fingers when he closed the case, but so far that hasn't happened. It's been a good "busy toy" and it looks like he'll be playing with it for a while!

This is a favorite of my sons. When he got it he loved closing it. Which is something I do to him, because he likes to play on my laptop. Then he learned to push it...it also has a quiet rattle it it, so this intrigued him. He finally now enjoys pressing the buttons and watching the laptop light up and sing. And it is super durable as for about a month he enjoyed simply knocking it against our wooden floor. Rough on the ears...but it still looks new.

Great price! Very good entertainment and performs well! It's very durable, my 13 month old grandson throws his laptop down a few times a day and it holds up just fine surprisingly!

The cardboard/packaging was damaged and opened up. This was meant to be a gift for friend.
