I have been using these nuts from Urban Platter dor over two years and I feel it helps me with my health. I soak two brazilian nuts them overnight and have it in the morning. They are a good source of selenium. Good for people with thyroid issues.

It was purchased earlier also. Quality was good. But the product purchased in June'25 was of very poor quality. Appears to be very old nuts of very small size, not crunchy and with foul smell. Seller should look into the matter. Customers purchase this costly non-returnable nut for some purpose, they should not be deprived by the seller.
