I’ve been taking this Vitamin D3 with K2 for a few weeks now and I can honestly say I feel the difference. My energy levels are higher, my mood is more balanced, and I just feel healthier overall. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach, which is a big plus for me. I really like that it combines D3 with K2. It feels like the perfect duo for bone and immune support. I’ll definitely keep this as part of my daily routine! Highly recommended!

Vitamins! Needed something with a lower dose of D3 but still with K2 in it. These did the trick! They are really small and slick!

Good ratio of mk7 to d3. They have raised my D to mid normal from lower end of normal. I have tried other brands and these don't constipate me.

Great vitamin easy to swallow

This helped me tremendously - fixed my sluggish energy from vitamin d deficiency. It worked for me from the first few days. I did take the higher dose of 5,000 iu vitamin D and switched to this lower dose to be safer long term. It helped my son tremendously with his tiredness, sluggishness and even with clearer thinking and communication! Within a few days. Again the higher 5,000 iu dose. I’m taking this daily for 2 years. I recommend it to my friends a lot.
