An electrician put these together for me, so I can’t really comment on how easy they were to install. However he didn’t seem to have any problems with the installation and they work great. I enjoy having these voice enabled switches, they’re fun and convenient!

Easy to install, setup, and link with Alexa. Touch dimmer takes some getting used to but great product overall. Would recommend.

I always buy the off brands Wi-Fi switches because they are cheaper and works with the SmartLife App. All these switches use the same ESP8266 Wi-Fi IC or module. Therefore, the designs and functionalities of the switches are very similar regardless of the brand. These IC used to have security issues uncovered a few years ago but I hope the newer generation ICs have fixed the issue in the Firmware of a new metal mask fix.Pros:1. Works with Smartlife App.2. Easy installation. Setup is the same as the other off brand Wi-Fi switches.3. So far, I do not have an issue with the LED bulbs flickering at low dim settings. I used IKEA 75W equivalent bulbs.Cons:1. The first switch was DOA. It will not connect to the network. Upon, further investigation I found that the module was not getting power. It looks like the AC/DC converter is dead. I returned it and got a replacement. QA is questionable.2. Occasionally, the switch will disconnect from the network. I'm not being fussy about that but it doesn't automatically attempts to reconnect like the other switches. It may try to reconnect but always fail. I will have to use the App again to manually reestablish connection.3. When the switch is off, you cannot set a new dim setting on the switch itself such that it will turn on to the new preset dim setting. Other switches have this functionality. It's not a deal breaker, but just one of the lack of functionality.Summary:I wouldn't mind getting more of these switches if the price is less than the other off brand switches.

I wanted switches that operate and look like the Gosund units I bought for our home but Amazon no longer sells. These fit the bill, and can even be controlled by the Gosund app I use for the rest of my home. They work really well.

I installed a couple of these smart switches. The first one took a little effort figuring out the Wi-Fi connection but the second one went in quickly.

I purchased this as a dimmer for my living room lights, as we have several other switches in our house on a dimmer but could no longer get that same dimmer switch. This one honestly isn't that great in my opinion. It's really difficult to get the dimmer setting where you want it - you're either turning this thing all the way up or all the way down while trying to get the setting right, and I end up usually just telling Google to set it to a certain percent brightness to avoid the hassle. Overall, it does what it's supposed to do, but I would not purchase this style again.

After hours of working with limited directions, the switch is very dumb. It does not pair. WiFi signal is strong, frequent re-entry of WiFi password when following pairing steps. Manual pairing does not produce expected Bluetooth link or alternate WiFi signal. If you need elevated BP, buy this switch. Replaced this switch with Amazon switch and it paired quickly without hassle with Alexa Show and works as advertised. I wish Amazon made a dimmable version.
