This beef tallow supplement is easy to take and well packaged. Capsules are smooth and didn’t cause any stomach discomfort. I appreciate the grass-fed sourcing and simple ingredient list. Fits well into a nutrient-focused supplement routine. A solid choice if you’re specifically looking for tallow-based supplements. However, I think I will stick to another brand for now.

Tallow makes my skin glow. It also great for brain health. The price of these are better than some of the competition and they work just as well.
